Tender For Repair Work Of Minor Bridge Of 2X22 Meter Span And Approach Road At Km 2 Of Sadashiv Karmadihkla Rudapur Road.; 1 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. 2 Providing & Laying of Filter of GSB on slopes and apron including all lead & lifts & including all material, labour, T&P required for proper completion of work. 3 Providing & Laying stone boulder of 25-60 Kg. Stone in apron with split up boulder including all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work 4 Providing & Laying stone boulder of 25-60 Kg. Stone in slope pitching with split up boulder including all material, labour, T&P etc. including carriage upto 100 m. on head load and 6 m lift required for proper completion of the work 5 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, screening Type-B to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 6 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 7 Providing and applying tack coat with V.G.-10 Bitumen usingdistributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.2 8 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10bitumento required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type Cas per Technical Specification Clause 508. 9 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510 10 Construction of chutes including of all material etc complete as per E/I 11 Construction of K.C.Drain including of all material etc complete as per E/I 12 Painting on concrete surface - Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplasterd concrete surface 13 Sealing of crack /porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1 14 Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3,fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick support on a mild steel iron post of 75x75x6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.
