Tender For Remaining Works Of Chak Pheri Water Supply Scheme, Block Bilaspur, Rampur Under Pmjvk; 1 Build Phase Civil Works (Sl. No 01 to 17) 2 Distribution System 3 Supply of Following sizes pipes for distribution system conforming to latest relevent to I.S. 4985:1986 specification with all jointing materials and specials conforming to latest/relevant I.S. specification including F.O.R. destination and all taxes and insurance etc. with loading, unloading and carting up to site of work, also including specials for these pipes and lowering them into the trenches and laying true to alignment and gradient and jointing etc. complete (including sectional pressure testing of pipes lines and cutting of pipes for making up the length but excluding the cost of trenches). all complete. as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. All pipes should be supplied from the firm enlisted by Material Manager UP Jal Nigam Lucknow and should be proper inspection, testing, certification & marking by M/s Crown Agents India Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi. 4 90mm dia H.D.P.E.PE100 PN-6 5 110mm dia H.D.P.E.PE100 PN-6 6 140mm dia H.D.P.E.PE100 PN-6 7 Excavation of earth in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) to give 1 mt. Cover from top of the pipe including lift upto 1.5 mt. and lead upto 50 mt. from centre of trenches and refilling of earth in 20 cm. layers with watering and raimming etc. complete. 8 Supply and carting up to site of work of the following dia C.I./D.I.butterfly/sluice valves, Class I working pressure 10kg/cm2 confirming to IS: 780/1984 or latest amendments, F.O.R. destination, and lowering them into the already prepared trenches, fixing in position and jointing them with pipeline and testing etc. complete and also including supply of jointing materials etc. including all taxes and insurance. 9 Sluice Valve 80mm dia 10 Sluice Valve 100mm dia 11 Scour Valve 80mm dia 12 Supply of screwed down type 20mm dia air valve with gun metal seat conforming to latest/relevent I.S. specifications including all taxes and insurance, carting up to site of work and lowering them into the trenches, fixing in position and jointing them with pipelines and testing etc. complete (including supply of jointing materials etc complete) as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. 13 Supply of underground sluice valve type fire hydrant consisting of 80mm dia sluice valve, 100mm dia tail pieces, 100mm dia duck foot bend and 80mm dia standard makes iron coupling with cap and etc. complete conforming to latest/relevent I.S. specifications including all taxes and insurance up to site of work and lowering them into the trenches, fixing in position and jointing them with pipeline and testing etc. complete (including supply of jointing materials etc complete.) as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. 14 Construction of following type chambers as per department type design and drawing including supply Heavy duty M.S. Manhole Cover and all materials, labour T&P etc complete for proper completion of work as per the specification laid down in the bid document 15 Sluice Valve Chamber Masonary Type For Distribution Main 16 Sluice Valve/Scour ValveChamber Surface Box Type For Distribution Main 17 Fire Hydrant Chamber For Distribution Main 18 Air Valve Chamber For Distribution Main 19 Construction of Single Tap Pillar type stand post as per type designincluding supply of all materials, labour T&P etc complete for proper completion of work as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. 20 Dismantling of following type of surface including sorting out and stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials upto a distance of 50m required for proper completion of the work as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. 21 B.O.E. Surface 22 Bituminous Road 23 C.C. Road 24 Reinstatement of the following type of road surface with old and new mateials including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. 25 Laying of B.O.E. Surface (with old bricks) as per according to PWD specification of the respective roads and proper compaction. 26 Laying of B.O.E. Surface (with new bricks upto 40% quantity) as per according to PWD specification of the respective roads and proper compaction. 27 Laying of Bituminous road providing Grannlar Sub-base, WBm, Dense Bituminous macadam and Bituminous Concrete course in desired thickness along with primer, tack coat and seal coat (Thickness may be taken according to PWD specifications of the respective roads) and proper compaction 28 Laying of C.C. Road with concrete of 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse Sand: 20 mm Stone Aggregate) 10 cm thickness may be taken according to PWD specification of the respective roads with 7.5 cm thickness base concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse Sand: 40 mm Brick ballst) and proper compaction 29 Provision of crossing of Nalas & culvert complete i.e. total material (including supply of all materials including FOR Destinaion inclusive of all taxes and duties third party inspection charge, transit insurance, freight, loading, unloading and stacking in departmental store etc. complete) & labour cost per metre as per type design & as per instruction of Engineer-in- charge. 30 Provision of crossing of Nalas & culvert (0.5m to 2.0m) complete i.e. total material (including supply of all materials including FOR Destinaion inclusive of all taxes and duties third party inspection charge, transit insurance, freight, loading, unloading and stacking in departmental store etc. complete) & labour cost per metre as per type design & as per instruction of Engineer-in- charge. 31 Survey site Investigation Planningdesign Drawings as per State Road manual and vetting/ checked fromState Road Divisional Office and taking NOC fortrenchless crossing of Road for of required dia distribution main pipe with casing pipe as required for proper completion of work required size ofMS casing pipe as per drawing and as per by trenchless technology methodincluding excavation & filling of Pit Dewatering arrangement Supporting system for soil also including supply & fixing specials in carrier pipe over main pipe as per specification given in the bid documents including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. for proper completion of work as per instructionofEngineer . MDR crossing (Upto Dia 350 mm). 32 Water works Campus beautification work including Supply and fixing of Metal/ RCC garden bench (2 nos. seating capacity of three person each), supply and planting trees like ashoka/ palm etc. shrubs and grass along approach road and inside campus including all t&p required for proper completion of work and as per site engineer instructions. 33 Supply of all material like HDPE/GI pipe (Use of combination ofboth pipes as per drawing provided by Engineer-in-charge)15 mm. dia, specials & fittings such as brass ferrule, clamp, service saddle, bib cock etc. complete as per relevant I.S. specifications for making house connection including excavation, cutting of HDPE/GI pipe etc. complete in all respect. 34 Repairing of leakge including excavation at leakge point.bailing out of water jointing & repair of pipe line including supply of all materials as D joints.couplers.pipe.labour. T&P etc. required completion of work as per direction of engineer incharge 35 90mm dia HDPE Pipe 36 110mm dia HDPE Pipe 37 140mm dia HDPE Pipe 38 Cleaning & polyurethane coating of RCC overhead tank of capacity 175kL/16m stagging. All internal & external sides of water tank shall be properly cleaned, internal sides of bottom dome, bottom ring beam haunch surface, cone wall, cylindrical wall and bottom of top dome etc. shall be cleaned with pressure jet. Cleaning operation shall involve: -1. Providing and applying food grade polyurethane coating treatment to the RCC overhead tank internal surfaces like bottom dome, bottom ring beam haunch, cone wall, cylindrical wall, top dome etc.2. The material shall meet the requirements as per latest IS Code i.e. by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90%. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge.3. All the above operations should be executed by trained workers and technicians, properly dressed along with gum boots, to work as per the direction of Engineer in charge. All safety Gadgets like Safety Belts, Special Safety Ladder, Helmets, Heavy Duty Gum Boots, Electric Safety Gloves and Special Working Gloves, Safety Goggles, Masks, Aprons, etc. for complete security and safe operations be used by operators. Storage and Cleaning equipment like Scrubbers/Wipers, Storage drums, Sludge Collectors and Cisterns, etc. must be integral part of system., water gauge, lightning conductor, cage at second flight and all remaing works as per site engineer instruction. 39 Staff Quarter, Pumps House and BoundraryWall(As per type design & as per instruction of Engineer-in- charge) (S.No. 18.01 to 18.17) 40 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam,clay and sand) including lift upto 1.5 m & lead upto 50 m refilling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 50 m from the centre of foundation trenches. 41 Concrete with 4cm guage brick ballast, local sand & cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation, including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 42 Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement and local sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 43 Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement & local sand mortar in super structure including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 44 Mild steel or iron work in R.C.C. work wrought to required shape as necessaty including bending for proper completion of work including supply of steel & wastage etc. 45 25mm thick 1:2:4 P.C.C. floor with cement and coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast laid in pannels finished with 3 mm floating coat of neat cement and 7.5 cm thick base concrete consisting of cement and local sand and 1 st class brick ballast 4 cm gauge in proportion of 1:6:12 and removing any overlapping of mortar in the joints of the pannels if any, given them uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 46 25mm thick 1:2:4 P.C.C. floor with cement and coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast laid in pannels finished with 3 mm floating coat of neat cement without base concrete and removing any overlapping of mortar in the joints of the pannels if any, given them uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 47 Supply & fix 3 mm thick glass strip of 25 mm width in joints at the time of laying floor flush with floor level including all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 48 Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and 20 mm gauge stone ballast in roof slab, beams and column excluding supply of reinforcement & its bending but including its fixing and binding and including necessary centering, shuttering, curing and supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 49 Painting or varnishing of new iron or wood work with one coat of priming and two coats of approved paint & varnish including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 50 12mm thick plaster with cement & local sand mortar in 1:6 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10 mm including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 51 Finishing walls with water proof cement paint (Apex paint) on new work with two coats to give an even shade over one coat wall putty including supply of all material, labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. 52 Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the construction of 250mm dia. semi circular drain with 1:2:4 cement, coar sand & 12 to 20 mm stone grite over base concrete in proportion of 1:4:8 cement, local and 40mm gauge brick ballast to proper completion of the work. 53 Delivery of by pass chamber, excavation and laying of P.V.C. Pipe 160mm dia, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete. 54 Earth Filling work for proper leveling of water work site, in accordance with the contour map and Grid map of existing site, including royalty, tax cost of earth material with leveling, dressing, excavation and filling of earth where necessary and also including all labour, materials, T&P etc. required for proper completion of works as per instructions of engineer-in-charge. 55 Construction of B.O.E. apporach road including preparation of subgrade and all materials labour T&P etc. complete. as per instructions of engineer-in-charge. 56 Supply and fixing of rain water 110mm PVC pipe with bend and clamp etc. all complete. 57 Note 58 Maintenance & Defect - The contractor shall be responsible for handing over of the scheme/work. The trail and run period shall be four months i.e. From the date of completion of works and shall be at the sole responsibility of the contractor. The defect liability period shall be 12 months after the trail and run period of 4 months has elapsed. The contractor shall be responsible to hand over the works to gram panchayatwith in this period in case of failure to do so the security money shall be stand forfeited. 59 Testing of Materials and concrete cubes will be got done by recognized institution. For different stages like foundation, staging, bottom dome and vertical wall. Testing charges in this regards will be borne by contractor. 60 Drawing showing details of distribution system rising main will be provided by the concering site engineer. 61 All taxes are included in above rates except GST. 62 Contractor should quote his rate by mentioning the above or below of rate in percentage against the department rates. The above or below of rate in percentage shall be same for each items.
