Bids Are Invited For 1 Raw Material is in vendor scope. 2 Components has to meet technical requirement specified in the data sheets/drawings. 3 Technical specifications and clarifications as per earlier purchase order placed on the components. 4 Shelf life declaration certificate with indication of storage conditions to be provided along with each supply 5 Each batch of components shall be supplied along with the testspecimens for checking the mechanical properties 6 All required Fixtures/Guages/Tools in Vendors scope 7 Material to be properly packed to avoid damages in transit/stores. P&F charges to suppliers acount. 8 Each batch of components should supply along with following certificates: a) Dimensional inspection and external appearance for surface quality rerports b) Mechanical properties certificate c) Shelf life certicate 9 d) Guaranty certificate For all supplies guarantee is to be provided for a period of one year. 10 Delivery schedule: Delivery Period: 50% of the PO quantities with in 4 months from the date of receipt of PO and balance 50% with in 9 months from the date request for delivery from BDL. * Partial supples are acceptable. 11 BDL OR its representatives reserves the right to inspect at any stage of manufacturing. 12 All supplies should be sent along with inspection reports along with samples wherever applicable. 13 Rubber components shall be suplied in proper packing to prevent from damages during transit (or) long storage. 14 9M119.01.01.108/-01/-02: i) Technical requirements and other related like data sheets and drawing of the three types of rubber components are as per improved composition (rubber grade DMS-SE-60 which is based on methyl phenyl vinyl silicon rubber sktfv-803) ii) Three types of rubber components to be supplied as per Technical specifications. 15 LD CLAUSE: Time is the essence of the P.O and delivery should be strictly insisted upon according to the delivery schedule given in the SOs/Pos. In the event the supplier fails to deliver the goods/service, within the stipulated delivery period, BDL reserves the right to recover from the supplier, LD and not by way of penalty an amount as detailed in terms and conditions. A sum of 0.5% of the price only of the stores which the supplier has failed to deliver as aforesaid for each week of delay or part thereof, subject to a maximum of 10%. In case of extension of delivery period, increase in taxes shall not be borne by BDL, if delay is attributable to vendor. 16 EMS: As BDL is EMS 140001:2015 certified organization, It is requested you as partner of BDL to maintain EMS standards like proper scrap disposal, maintenance of pollution Control Board Norms and conservation of resources to protect environment. 17 Option Clause: The Purchaser reserve the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 50 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the order quantity by up to 50% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. Bidders are bound to accept the orders accordingly. 18 TAX DETAILS: GST as applicable.BDL Reserves its right to release GST only after suppliers invoice/debt note is reflected in GSTR 28/2A within the specified time limit mentioned in GST law. 19 Payment Terms: Payments shall be made within 30 days of issue of consignee receipt-cum-acceptance certificate (CRAC) and on- line submission of bills (This is in supersession of 10 days time as provided in clause 12 of GeM GTC) 20 Dispatch: Free delivery at BDL Bhanur stores, Telangana. 21 VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: The quoted prices will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of submission of bid and prices are firm and not subject to alternation / variation on any account. 22 Purchase Preference clause: Provisions as per Make in India order 2017 will be applicable for the vendors/service providers.23 Manufacturing of Components: Should be as per the drawing provided by BDL. 24 Finished Components: Should be delivered to BDL stores in proper packing condition (wrap in Oil Paper and pack in suitable container) to prevent from moisture, rusting, damage etc during transits and storage. All Packing boxes to be marked with Material Code, Drawing. No, Description, Type of Materials and Date of Manufacturing. 25 Approved sources are eligible to quote/participate against enquiry remaining bids other than approval source will not be considered by TEC.Approved Sources for this item are eligible to quote/participate against enquiry. It is mandatory to upload approved source certificate issued by BDL for this item, Remaining bids other than approved sources will be disqualified. 26 BDL reserves the right to go for GEM-reverse auction process. 27 Penalty Clause: The successful bidder will be debarred / blacklisted for the future tenders for a period as decided by BDL, if the bidder deviates from the agreed terms & conditions after the award of Purchase Order / Work Order / Service Order apart from for feiture of your EMD. 28 Non-Disclosure of information given by BDL: Except with the written consent of the BDL, the seller shall not make use of any information supplied by the BDL for purpose of the seller. Any specifications or other details are for the purpose of manufacturing the articles and the Seller shall not use any such information to make any similar articles or part thereof for any other purpose. 29 SPLIT ORDER RATIO: 60:40 30 NDA & INTIGRITY PACT HAS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH TENDOR BIDS 31 AS9100D STANDARD TERMS: a). The supplier shall not supply the non-confirming product/counter fit against specification. b). Supplier has to inform BDL in case of change in manufacturing process or input material or manufacturing facility. c). Unless otherwise specified, supplier cannot outsource the items (order). d). Supplier shall maintain the BDL product & production records up to 3 years. e). In case of non-conformity product, party has to inform BDL for further disposition action (i.e., re-work, rejections etc.) f). Where ever applicable drawing issue no.
