Tender For Et 04 Etdf 2024 25 For Attending Emergency Breakdown At Various Substations Under Etd Fatehpur, 1 Following work carried out in emergency at various substations under ETD Fatehpur. 2 Proper and safe loading of 132 KV PT/132 KV CT/132 KV CB/33 KV VCB in private carrier with the help of hydraulic crane after shifting of material from substation store at desired substation. (Cost includes all labour, T&P, hdyra/crane hiring charges at his own risk and cost.) 3 Proper and safe carriage of 132 KV PT/132 KV CT/132KV CB/33 KV CB by using private carrier from desired substation to breakdown site of substation (Approx Distance-150 Km)(Cost includes all labour, T&P, hdyra/crane hiring charges at his own risk and cost.) 4 Proper and safe unloading of 132 KV PT/132 KV CT/132 KV CB/ 33KV CB from private carrier with the help of hydraulic crane at breakdown site of substation.(Cost includes all labour, T&P, hdyra/crane hiring charges at his own risk and cost.) 5 Replacement of damage 145 KV CT/PT at breakdown site of sub-station under ETD, Fatehpur. Job includes dismantling of damage 145 KV CT/PT by opening of its jumper, earthing, clamps/connectiors, cable connection with gland then safely unloading of CT/PT from structure with the help of manually/crane and safely shifting from work place to store. Shifting of new CT/PT from desired place to working place erection of CT/PT with the help of manually/crane including earthing, cabling, termination, jumpering & tightening of clamp/connector (Cost includes all labour, T&P, hdyra/crane hiring charges, welding Machine and electrode & cable lugs and other required work like fabrication of structure and matching of hole and material for satisfactorily completion of work etc.) 6 Replacement of damage 145KV CB at breakdown site of substation under ETD Fatehpur. Job includes dismantling of damage 145KV CB by opening of its jumper, earthing, clamps/connectors, cable connection with gland then shifting from work place to store. Shifting of new 145KV CB from desired place to working place, erection of 145KV CB with the help of manually/crane including earthing, cabling, termination, jumpering& tightening of clamp/connector. The work also includes measuring of contact resistance, close & opening time by CB analyzer Cost includes all labour, T&P, hdyra/crane hiring charges, welding Machine and electrode & cable lugs and other required work like fabrication of structure and matching of hole and material for satisfactorily comletion of work etc.)This work also includes arrangement of CB time testing kit at his own cost. 7 Replacement of damage 36KV VCB at breakdown site of substation under ETD Fatehpur. Job includes dismantling of damage 36KV CB by opening of its jumper, earthing, clamps/connectors, cable connection with gland then shifting from work place to store. Shifting of new 36KV VCB from desired place to working place, erection of 36KV CB with the help of manually/crane including earthing, cabling, termination, jumpering & tightening of clamp/connector. The work also includes measuring of contact resistance, close & opening time by CB analyzer (Cost includes all labour, T&P, hdyra/crane hiring charges, welding Machine and electrode & cable lugs and other required work like fabrication of structure and matching of hole and material for satisfactorily comletion of work etc.)
