Tender For Sitc Of Emergency Lt Panel At Sub-Station Of Hotel Samrat, New Delhi.; Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of cubical type LT panel suitable for 415V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50Hz AC supply system having front surface area 8.5 Sq.mtr (Approx.) i.e. 3400m width X 1100mm depth X 2100mm Height fabricated in compartmentalized (preferably) design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work, 1.6 mm for covers & Doors, 3mm thick for gland, plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 9 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having 4000Amp capacity extensible type TPN Aluminium bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity of 31 MVA for 1 Sec., bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 5mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 nos. Earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Aluminium Bus bars and control wiring with FRLSH interconnectingcopper conductorcable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing following switch gears:-(I)Incoming:a). 3200Amps - 01 no.b). 2000Amp. – 02 Nos. It is used as a power source for control panel in substations where station battery supply is not available. Power Pack gets charged from mains. It can supply DC connected loads for operating close & trip coils and other essential loads such as auxiliary supply to protection relays etc. Complete as required at site.Drawing & Design of the LT Panel will be approved by Engineer-In charge before manufacturing the aforementioned LT Panel and it should be complete as required at site for the replacement of the existing LT Panel. 3 Part-B (Buy-Back) 4 Dismantling of various size cables properly, from existing emergency LT panel, Glands, existing switch gears complete as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge under buy back arrangement.
