    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Overhauling Of Fuel Oil Centrifuge Similar Category Repair And Overhauling Service 1.01 Degutting of associated pipelines 1.02 Disassemble the lub oil centrifuge 1.03 Check separation bowl for any wear and tear and cleaning of bowl. 1.04 Check threads of inlet pipe and oil pairing disc for damage or tear. 1.05 Check reducing valve case and NRV for scratches and play. Dismantle and examine/repair/separator bowl assembly. thoroughly 1.06 (a) Check disc stack pressure. (b) Check for corrosion, erosion and cracks. (c) Galling of guide surface. 1.07 Renew in gearboxing check teeth of work wheel and worn for wear. 1.08 Renew vibration duper. 1.09 Check height position of pairing disc Check axial play of coupling disc and renew bearing of worn 1.10 wheel shaft. 1.11 Clean and check for fowl spindle and check for impact marks. 1.12 Check radial wobble of bowl spindle. 1.13 Clean and check buffer ball bearing heavy. Renew if required. 1.14 Renew ball bearings and top bearing springs if damaged. 1.15 Clean and check spring and brakes sheu. Renew friction pad if damaged. 1.16 Assemble all the parts of centrifuge. 1.17 Regutting of associated pipes. 1.18 Check starting current and remaining current 1.19 Take onboard trials for correctness/ optimal function of the centrifuge Total Quantity :
