Tender For Repair, Maintenance & Painting Of 4Nos. Of Ms And 2Nos. Of Frp Chimney; 1 Erection of Scaffolding up to the required height and around the Chimney for Repair, Maintenance and Painting of 4 nos. MS Chimney and 2 nos. ofFRP Chimney and as per the details of the work. (per chimney basis) 6 Nos. 2 Replacement of Bolt, Nuts and Washers of SS 304 Grade on the flange joint for the 6 nos. of Chimney (4 nos. MS Chimney and 2 nos. of FRP Chimney) as per the details of the work. 300 Nos. 3 Fabrication and Metal repair Works required in MS & FRP Chimney, supports, Chimney platform, handrails, monkey cage, canopy, etc. or any other miscellaneous work associated with this contract. 2 Ton 4 FRP repair works required for MS & FRP chimney or the structures associated with chimney and connected accessories like Chimney supports, chimney platforms, ladders, dampers, etc. This work includes 2 coats of FRP coating (2 layers of chopped strand mat and 1 coat of surface mat with pigment coating) in Isophthalic resin. 20 Sq.mtr. 5 Cleaning, Surface preparation and pigment coating throughout the complete outer surface of the 2 nos. of FRP Chimney in Isophthalic resin as per the details of the work. (per chimney basis) 2 Nos. 6 Cleaning, Surface preparation and 2 coats of Painting throughout the complete outer surface of the 4 nos. of MS Chimney and connected duct with heat resistant Aluminum Paint as per the details of the work (per chimney basis). 4 Nos. 7 Replacement of foundation bolts & nuts with washers of MS for MS & FRP Chimneys by drilling hole in RCC foundation and then carry out microconcrete with M40 grade (minimum) after applying high build epoxy bonding agent of approved make (BASF/SIKA/ Fosroc/ Ardex Endura/ Master Builders) followed by curing compound as per the details of the work (per foundation bolts replaced). 100 Nos. 8 Replacement of SS 304 nuts & bolts with washers in between flanges of the scrubber attached to 2 nos. of the FRP chimneys and ducts outside the plant building including scaffolding (per nuts & bolts with washers replaced). 300 Nos;
