| 1 | Attending of complaints from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs by deployingelectrician along with helpersfor checking of existing electrical items including carrying out repairs such as tightening of loose electric connections, nuts, bolts, screws, repair/ replacement of switches, sockets, switch boards ceiling fans/exhaust fan, DB wiring etc as required to make the item functional and to ensure contiunous electric supply complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:(a) Replacement of electric fitting shall be mesured andpaid for seperately under respective items.(b) Rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P etc.(c) The safteyand insurance of persons/helper engaged in Execution shall be responsibility of contractor.(d) As the Nos of complaints shall be on required basis the financial effect to this is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.(e) In case of failure on the part of contractor for attending any complaint within 48 hours, a penalty shall be imposed @ Rs 100/- per complaint per day and recovered from his dues. |
