Tender For Repair/Maintenance Of Ht Vcb, Transformer, Gang Operated Devices And Connected Items At Rangia And Changsari Mil Stn Under Ge Rangia-- 1 Excavation in Trenches not exc 1.50 Metre wide and not exc 1.50 Metre depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays etc getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils, complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Removing Surplus Soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre away and depositing where directed as a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 18 cm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid for. 5 Supplying and laying reinforced precast Cable concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches over Sand Cushion laid for UG Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, 3 core but of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items. 7 Material & labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Material & labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors after taking electrical shut down at any indicated situation complete all as directed. 10 Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc completefrom steel tubular pole upto 11.0 mtr long or at any indicated situation all as directed. 11 Dismantling Insulators like Pin type, Disc type from existing Pole of any description and any size complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M&L Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of one coat of Aluminium Primerone Under Coat and One Finishing Coat of Aluminium Paint, complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Supply and fixing Danger Notice Plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamp, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20 cm size complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Material & labour for Testing and calibration of HT VCB 11 KV complete with primary and secondary test as required for smooth functioning and tripping at any type offault developed in feeders complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. Note :- The contractor will submit primary and secondary test record at the time of calibration of HT VCB, TR control panel. The rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to include the cost of this provision including T&P required for injecting regulated high current. 15 Material & labour for Disconnecting HT supply from 11 KV VCBof any make / type / capacity for servicing and repair works 11 KV VCB, inner body clean with vaccum cleaner, decarburizingthe contactpoints, cleaning with CRCsolution, including servicing and taking out trolley, repair / replacement of all defective parts found during servicing including checking of vaccume intrupter, tripping mechanism etc complete durung servicing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE:- All new parts required to replace Defective parts shall be measured and paid seperately as SUPPLY ONLY under respetive items of BOQ. The rate quoted for this item includes for complete labour required for replacement of all defective parts with new serviceable parts includinggrease / oil / cloth for cleaning, INTERNAL WIRING AS REQUIRED, INSULATION TAPE, damaged copper wire FOR BATTERY / WIRING etc. and sundry materials for COMPLETE servicing and repair of 11 KV VCB to make it fully operational after installation. 16 Supply only transformer protection numerical relay REJ 601, overcurrent, earthfault, phase discontinuity, negative phase sequence and thermal overload protections, inrush current detection, reclosing and measurement preconfigured funtionality faciliates easy and fast commissioning universal power supply 24-265 V AC/DC, configure binary input/output using local HMI or communication interface specific varient with site selectable CT selection (01/05 A), boolean logic and timers, supports modbus and IEC60870-5-103 protocols complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 17 Supply only motor drive mechanism wound for 11 KV VCB / bus coupler of same make, type, size, capacity with driving gear and springs as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-harge. Eng-in-Charge shall examine the transformer for cause of fault, damage to the parts, burnt winding and prepare fault / inspection report. Accordingly after carrying out the repair before shifting the transformer to site all the necessary test to be done at factory/ workshop in presence of Engineer in Charge. Test report to be perpared before and after carrying out repairand to be produce at the time of claiming the payment. 38 M & L for draining out all the transformer oil, dismantlingand inspection of transformer core and winding including taking out burnt out winding/insulation ofLV / HV strips/coils , Reassembling of core and winding after replacement of burnt winding and insulation, drying out in vacuum chamber till specified IR values are obtained and providing new insulation materials, gasket, nuts, bolts, checking of leakages and rectifying the same by welding etc and replacement ofsilica gel for transofomer of following capacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge :-Note: (i) S&F of all materials required such as winding, LV/HV bushes, Silica gel breather etc will be measured and paid for separately under relevant item as mentioned below.(iii)Repair / replacement of all other minior parts if found unservicable/ worn outduring repair shall be replace by contractor and cost of same is deemed to included in unit rate of above item. No extra payment shall be made for this. 39 11/0.433 KV, upto 100 KVA Distribution transformer 40 11/0.433 KV, above 100 upto 200 KVA Distribution transformer 41 11/0.433 KV, above 200 upto 500 KVA Distribution transformer 42 NOTE :_ (i) Cost of transformer oil cleaning after draining out and afterhosting down of core and winding shall be deemed include in the rate Quoted(ii) Gasket set, LT/HT side ceramic bushing, spindle for HT/LT side and are horn surge arrester forreplacement shall be measured and paid under relevant item. 43 Material and labour for painting of transformer by cleaning of surface of surface of the transformer of any capacity by hand scraper and removing the existing corroded paint, dirt, oil and greaase mark from the surface of the transformer, including filling the cavaties with a filler coat and applying two coats of (DUCO) synthetic enamel paint matching to the existing colour by spray painting, over a coat of red oxide metal primer and writing/marking SM/MES No on thetransformer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge for the following transformer of capacities:- 44 11/0.433 KV, upto 100 KVA Distribution transformer 45 11/0.433 KV, above 100 upto 200 KVA Distribution transformer 46 11/0.433 KV, above 200 upto 500 KVA Distribution transformer 47 Servicing to transformer at site of capacity upto 250 KVA installed on Plinth / Pole mounted structure by opening top cover & replacing unserviceable spares / components of transformer, without lifting coreassembely reassembling after repair & testing complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (a) Replacement of userviceable parts like; Bush insulator, brass studs,cork gasket, breather assembly, tap changer,etc shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate Item of schedule 48 Supply only transformer off load tap changer suitable for upto 500 KVA transformers 11 KV/433 volts transparent type including removing the existing unserviceable off load tap changer, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 49 Supply only HT bushing 11 KV incl gasket nut bolts etc complete suitable for any type of transformer including removing the existing unserviceable HT bushing, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 50 Supply only brass LT studs including gasket, nut bolts, insulator etc complete suitable for any type of transformer, including removing the existing unserviceable brass LT studs including gasket, nut bolts, insulator, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-incharge. 51 Supply only transformer oil level indicater assembly complete with iron frame, glass rubber packing sheet, nuts, bolts and washer etc as per existing complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 52 M & L in repairfor filteration and dehydration of HV grade transformer oil of distribution transformer of out door/ indoor type of 11/.433 KV, 25 KVA to 500 KVA by heating the oil continuously till obtaining the desired and required di-electric strength as per IE rules including testing the oil for die elctric strength, break down voltage before filteration and after filteration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Filteration to be done by Dehydration machine till the desired level of dielectric strength of tranformer oil comes to not less than 50 KV.(ii) The contractor will test the dielectric strength of oil of each Tranformer before starting dehydration & filteration and after completion of dehydration & filteration process and will submit a record of same. (iii) Each sample of oil will be tested with a transformer oil test machine at site in presence ofconcerned JEs/Engr-in-charge and test result will be submitted accordingly).(iv) Centrifugal machine with all T&P and Testing Machine, oil required shall be arranged by contractor.(v) Oil required for topping up the transformer oil will be measured and paid seperately in relvent item. 53 Supply and pouringof new transformer oil to achieve a di-electric strength up to 50 KV for 60 sec, low viscocity, conform to IS-335 of 1992 and having minimum di-electric strength 50 KV into the transformer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :Transformer oil shall be bring in sealed barrel having proper test certificate from manufacturer. 54 M &L for Triple pole, mechanically operated gang operated device, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed 55 M&L for Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp for 11000 V complete all as specified and directed. 56 M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip of 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI earth wire protected by 15mm bore light grade GI pipe and other end connected to earthing test point or main switch board as directed including funnel with watering pipe of 20mm bore light grade GI, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrodePCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit, cast iron cover and frame, including necessary excavation and earth work and necessary testing complete all as specified and directed and shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I 57 Supply and fixing in repairearthing leadof GI strip 32 x 6 mm all as specified and directed. 58 M & L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of Gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 150mm thick, watered and rammed to a true Surface, complete all as specified and as directed. 59 Taking out old u/s breather andSupply and replace silica gel breather, made up of aluminium TOP, Powder coated, Transaparent Centre Portion made of Polycarbonate of size, Nitirle rubber O ring connection1/2 BSP or 3/4 thread, filled with new Silica Gel Blue(including silica gel crystal) suitable for transformer of capacityas mentioned below of approved make complete all as specified and directed. 60 NOTES:1.The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.2.The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item.
