Tender For Periodical Services In Otm Accn Under Age B/R Ii At Chandimandir-- 1 15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 over concrete /brick surfacesfinished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old cement plaster and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements all as per site requirement upto four storey bldg complete all as specified& directed. 2 15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over concrete /brick surfacesfinished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old cement plaster and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements upto four storey bldg complete all as specified & directed. 3 10mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:3 on ceiling, chajja surfaces (concrete surfaces)finished fair and even without using extra cement, as in ceiling, chajjas, facias, at any position,includingtaking down old cement plaster & providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements all as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed. 4 Preparation of newly plasteredwall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper in approved tint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed. 5 Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (any colour) including all necessary scaffolding and safety arrangements, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Three coats of white wash on plastered wall surfaces including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed 7 Three coats of white wash on plastered ceiling surfaces including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed 8 Preparation of new surfacs and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemperof any tint, complete all as specified and directed 10 Complete removal of existing treatment by using of wire brush /mechanical grinder including washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered or painted surface and applying wall care putty 1mm thick over and including a coat of wall primer, smoothening the surfaces with sand papers etc. and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall surfacecomplete all as specified and directed. 11 One coat of white wash on old decorated wall surfaces including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed 12 One coat of white wash on old decorated ceiling surfaces including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed 13 Preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemperof any tint, complete all as specified and directed 14 Preparation of old decorated surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment by using of wire brush /mechanical grinder including washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered or painted surface,andapplying one coat of exterior emulsion paint to external surface including necessary scafolding and safety arrangements, upto four storey bldg complete all as specified and directed. 15 Water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal / Anti Algai properties in two coats @ 1.79 litre (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturers instruction applied over primed surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.Note : The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :-(a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer ofthe materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I Memoradum of Understanding (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected.(c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.(d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc and preparation of surfaces.(e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.(f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes.(g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(h) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work. 16 Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 17 Applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified & directed. 18 Applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified & directed. 19 Preparation of oldsurfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved tint, including complete removal of existing treatment & necessary scafolding and safety arrangements, upto four storey bldg complete all as specified and directed 20 Preparation of oldsurfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved tint, including complete removal of existing treatment & necessary scafolding and safety arrangements, upto four storey bldg complete all as specified and directed 21 Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer using hand roller complete all as specified and directed. 22 Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer using hand roller complete all as specified and directed. 23 Writing letter / figures/ numbers etc (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc 100mm Height, including stops, coma, dash, hyphens, brackets etc written with synthetic enamel paint over cement / PVC tanks / any surfaces complete all as specified and directed 24 Solid PVC sheet of 5mm thickness including letters of vinyl pasted with solvent cement (letters not less then 100mm height) and fixing the PVC sheet with rawl plugs and screws complete all as specified and directed. 25 Preparation of old decorated concrete/ brick/stonesurface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enameled complete all as specified & directed. 26 Preparation of old decorated concrete/ brick/stonesurface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled complete all as specified & directed.
