Bids Are Invited For Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products - Non Comprehensive AMC of Electrical Maintenance of HAL Korwa Township for the period of Three years; --; Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC); Monthly; Yes 1 Preventive and breakdown maintenance (including daily complaints by the occupants) for 800 Nos. of A Type Qtrs, 190 Nos. of B Type Qtrs. 160 Nos. of C type Qtrs & 34 Nos. of D type Qtrs +/-20% by replacement of switch, socket, regulator, bell/buzzer, power point, Isolator, MCB etc, checking of continuity of earth and as per Annexure A in each qtr and as per direction of E-I-C. 2 Preventive and breakdown maintenance of A, B, C & D Type Blocks which consists of Main DB for supplying power to qtrs., energy meter, staircase wiring, Checking of continuity of earthing from main DB to energy meter, earth pit to main DB, Meter reading of all installed energy meters on monthly bais, repair/replacement of faulty/burnt meter etc and as per Annexure B in each block as per direction of E-I-C. 3 Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Trunk road lights, rope lights, flood lights inside factory and township by checking/replacing and setting of timer, contactor, MCB, cleaning/tightening connections, pole mount box, digging of earth upto 10 mtr length and upto 1 mtr depth if required etc. as per scope of work as per Annexure C in factory/township as per direction of E-I-C. 4 Preventive and breakdown maintenance of street lights in township by checking/replacing and setting of timer, contactor, MCB, cleaning/tightening connections, pole mount box, digging of earth upto 10 mtr length and upto 1 mtr depth if required etc. as per scope of work as per Annexure C in township as per direction of E-I-C. 5 Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the public buildings (including complaints as and when arises) by replacement of switch, socket, bell/buzzer, power point, repair/replacement of fan, Isolator, MCB, changeover etc, checking of continuity of earth, Meter reading of all installed energy meters on monthly basis, repair/replacement of faulty/burnt meter and as per scope of work as per Annexure D in each building on actual basis as per direction of E-I-C. 6 Preventive and breakdown maintenance of HT/LT Underground cable by load balancing, checking cable end terminals, checking for overloading, fault location, rectification of fault by digging, making straight through joint using additional cable length as required for all the HT/LT Underground cable in township area including HT cables from 132 KV UPPCL substation to 11 KV Jaguar substation and 11 KV Jaguar substation to ‘A’ & ‘B’ type substation and as per direction of E-I-C. 7 Preventive and breakdown maintenance of HT/LT panel by carrying out preventive maintenance through OEM or OEM authorized firm minimum once every year, rectifying any fault/breakdown. 8 Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Change over adaptor panel and Distribution Panels, earthings. 9 NOTE: Electrical operation and maintenance of any new building, electrical installation etc. in township area will automatically be covered under the scope of work for this AMC after the defect liability period/warranty period is over. 1 6Amp Switch 17 MCB 20 Amp 2 6Amp socket 18 MCB 25 Amp 3. 6Amp Bell switch 19 MCB 63 Amp 4. 5 IN 1 Power point combined unit 16/20 A 20 DP Isolator 63/100/125 Amp 5.
