MS Emulsion.On WBM/WMM Surface @0.40kg/sqm 5 Providing and laying 50mm thick bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggegate of quaility size and grading as specified in CPWD specification and straight run bituminous of grade 80/100, 3.5% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate, Evotherm and bituminous hot mix plant transporting mixed material upto site of work and laid with paver finisher and compacting with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the density , including carriage all job complete 6 Providing and laying of 25mm thick Semi Dense asphaltic base course using mineral aggregate satisfying the gradation set out in specifications with 5% binder content by weight of total mix with the aid of hot mix plant and paver finisher including rolling wit road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG- 10 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix), lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) and Evotherm prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH Capacity 7 Providing and laying of 6mm thick seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all carriages complete job. 8 Supplying and filling of RBM/Khak bajree /quarrymuckin Berm/Shoulder Fillingincluding carriage spreading , consolidation loading , unloading all complete job 9 The estimated rates are exclusive of 18% GST.
