Repair To Certain Roads Under Ge Kamptee - Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping, with mechanical equipment, and making the surface free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc.by using pressure air, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed(including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with mechanical equipment to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer over black top surface at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 on blacktop surface using mechanical sprayer and providing premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen any penetration of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix and 2 % cement filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified ans directed.Note: The work shall be executed by using hot mix plant & mechanical paver. The rate quoted shall be deemed included for cement filler. 4 Material and Labour forbituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using 4 % binder content (paving bitumen any penetration of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified anddirected. 5 Material and labour for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick, single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specifications including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply and fix in repair solar road delineator 6 LEDs of colour red/yellow housed in plastic body, LEDs, solar cells, battery and light sensor well protected inside, polycarbonate sheet, device protected with powder coated wire mesh, cago, system mounted over 47mm dia steel tube powder coated of length 600mm having sheet foot for firm grip to ground.
