Mela Ground And Chemaguri Under Gs Mela 2025- Location of Work :- Throughout main mela ground , all the road 1 to 5 from K1 bus stand to sea beach , all the link road ,along the sea beach , link road 1A , Extension of sea beach towards burning ghat (burir khal), towards matsya samity 2 , behind of helipad to seabeach throughout road no. 6 ,all the existing LTOH line etc . 3 Painting the arm bracket (for S.V lamp fixture) size 3.4mtr long for fitting etc after scraping and two coats of red lead paint as per direction of EIC. 4 Painting of arm brackettwo coats of blue coat oil bound paint after scraping of approved make as per direction of the EIC 5 Painting the existing “D” type iron clamp and pole clamp etc and iron angle after scraping the surface by two coat of red primer paint as per direction of EIC. 6 Transportation of PCC pole of 8 Mtr long by hired vehicle from WBSEDCL stack Yard at Ganga Sagar to Different point ofchenaguri, Gayen bazar, gangasagar main mela ground and sea beach area including loadingunloading all complete as per direction. 7 Supply and delivery at site [weasel] ACSR conductor 6/1/2.59 as per direction 8 Drawing ACSR conductor [in item no.7] to the existing overhead line in vertical configuration for medium pressure line by ACSR conductor including supply binding wire, jumper, insulator etc in different places outside and inside Mela ground complex as per direction of EIC 9 Supply and delivery at site of the following electrical accessories:- 10 Pole bracket of MS angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm x 1.25mtr long with arrangement of vertical configuration for 4 wire system of LT overhead line and continuous earth wire 11 Supply of suitable size D type iron clamp set [galvanized] with necessary nuts, bolts, washer size 3.5” dia 5” long as per direction of EIC 12 Supply of 3.5” x 3” porcelain shackle insulator of LTOH as per direction of EIC including loading unloading and carrying complete as per direction of the EIC 13 Changing of broken insulator by supplying new insulator (item no. 11 in different position as per direction of EIC. 14 Fitting fixing of “D” type iron clamp, pole clamp and shackle insulator size on “D” type iron clamp complete as per direction of EIC (Shackle insulator will be supplied departmentally) 15 Dismantling the existing damaged “D” type iron clamp, pole clamp from PCC pole in main island and other areas and damaged materials return to the departmental store at Sagar as per direction of EIC 16 Fitting fixing the above MS iron angle with all fitting fitted on pole clamp including supply of necessary nuts, bolts and washers as required for the above work complete as per direction of EIC. 17 Replacement of bolts, nuts, washer and insulator etc of the above works as requirements complete the works as per direction of EIC including supply of all materials. 18 Earth filling to the level of existing PCC poles and packing bricks bates by supplying required quantity by bates after earth cutting of the pole base and the PCC pole in original position complete by providing stay wire and other materials as per direction of EIC 19 Re-strengthening the existing PCC pole in different places after disconnection of ACSR and stay wire etc at main island and reconnection of the same of dismantling items to complete the work in original as per direction of EIC. 20 Redrawing the dismantled overhead line in vertical configuration for medium pressure line by ACSR conductor (single run) including supply binding wire for jumper, insulator etc in different places i.e. Road no.5, Pilgrim, Trench Latrine, Sea side etc complete as per direction of EIC (ACSR conductor will be supplied departmentally). 21 Withdrawing the existing PCC pole in different places at main island after dismantling LTOH accessories from the PCC pole and staging the damaged pole at Sagar Store properly as per direction of the EIC 22 Re-erection of the new PCC pole at different places at main island by excavation of earth of any kind of soil upto 2M depth below ground level and refitting electrical accessories [which was dismantled at the time of withdrawing in item no.5] complete as per IE rules at main mela ground 23 Making stay arrangement by necessary materials which will be required i.e. stay wire of required length, stay rod, clamp, chips, sand etc as per IE rules and ISS complete as per direction of EIC 24 Making earthing arrangement by supplying 5/8” dia earth spike of 2 mtr long with galvanized bolts, nuts and washer etc including supply and fitting fixing 8 SWG GI wire and restoring the surface duly rammed as per direction and inter connection with earth spike to continue running earth on the top of the PCC pole complete and testing as per satisfaction and direction of EIC. 25 Dismantling the existing ACSR conductor and earth wire by single run from end pole to end pole after disconnection all jointing materials i.e. jumper, safety device, binding wire from the PCC pole in different places at main island complete as per direction of EIC. 26 Redrawing the ACSR conductor and earth wire of the same in item no.1 by single run for medium pressure line for proper SAG and jumper connection over insulator binding and fitting the safety device as per IE rules in different places at main island on existing PCC pole and testing complete as per direction of EIC [binding wire will be supplied by the agency] 27 Supply and fitting fixing of hexagonal type safety device 10SWG GI wire for LTOH line as per direction of EIC and IE rules complete 28 Supply and drawing of continuous earth wire from pole to pole by supplying 10SWG GI wire with all necessary materials and inter connection to earth electrode as per direction of EIC and IE rules complete after dismantling the damaged earth wire 29 Cutting the jungle of the different type trees for maintenance all the overhead wire at Ganga Sagar Main Mela Ground in consultation with the local Panchayet as per direction of the EIC. [14KM long road approx.] 30 Supply, delivery and storage at site of L.T. spacer for 3 phase 4 wire system [Riverrine charges included] 31 Fitting fixing of the departmental and new supplied L.T. spacer on LTOH line by skilled technician including necessary scaffolding arrangement to complete the work as per direction and IE rules. 32 Dismantling the existing L.T. spacer from LTOH line after completion of mela by necessary tools and tackles as per dirtection including storage the same to the departmental store. 33 Dismantling the existing ACSR conductor by single run for medium pressure lines at different places i.e. trench, latrine, pilgrim, road no.5, link road, dhabla hut area, sea beach area at main Mela ground and outside the mela ground at G.S. Main island (after Mela) as per direction of EIC. 34 Arrangement of binding and proper marking the above ACSR conductor i.e. pole no, area etc complete as per direction of EIC. 35 Carrying charges of ACSR conductor from different places at main mela ground and outside mela ground to Sagar store and proper staging the materials at departmental store as per direction of EIC. 36 Making decoration of trident pole by LED chain light and as required area:- 37 Supply of decorative LED chain light for pole decoration on hire basis for 07-01-2025 to 16-01-2025 38 Supply of 2 x 2.5 sq. mm. and 1 x 1.5 sq. mm. PVC insulatedsingle core copper wire for connection of chain light on hire basis 39 Supply of 2 x 4 sq. mm. and 1 x 2.5 sq. mm. Long with arrangenet of vertical configuration for 4 wire system of overhead line with continuous earth wire 52 Between Sreedam to Chemaguri and Rickshaw stand to Laxmi bazaar 53 Between Choir Gheri and Chemaguri Point 54 Changing of broken insulator by supplying new insulator (item no. 46 ,47) in different position as per direction of EIC. 55 Fitting fixing of D type iron clamp set (galvanized) with necessary nuts bolts washer etc in different position as per direction.[item 49,50} 56 Fitting fixing the above MS iron angle with all fitting (item No. 52,53) fitted on pole clamp including supply of necessary nuts, bolts and washers as required for the above work complete as per direction of EIC. 57 Redrawing the ACSR conductor and earth wire with sameby single wire run for medium pressure line for proper SAG and jumper connection over insulator binding and fitting the safety device as per IE rules in different places at Chemaguri point on the existing PCC pole and testing complete as per direction of the EIC (Binding wire will be supplied by the agency). 58 Supply and fitting of hexagonal type safety device 10SWG GI wire for LTOH line as per direction of EIC and IE rules complete. 59 Supply and drawing of continuous earth wire from pole to pole by supplying 10nos SWG GI wire with all necessary inter connection to earth electrode as per direction of the E.I.C. 60 Making earthing arrangement by supplying 5/8” earth spike of 2M long with galvanized bolts, nuts and washer etc. including supplying and fitting fixing 8nos SWG GI wire and restoration of the surface duly rammed as per direction and inter connection from earth spike to continuous running earth on the top of the PCC pole 61 Cutting the jungle of the different type trees for maintenance of all the the overhead wire at chemaguri point in consultation with the local Panchayet as per direction of the EIC.
