Tender For Servicing Repairs Replacement Of Various Items Of Central Heating System At State Taxes Department Srinagar For Winter Season 2024 25, 1 Opening of Western make 4Lac Kcal hot water generator, thoroughly cleaning inside and outside of the same, both in case of coil and the shell and removing of soot and carbon deposits. The inside of coil shall be cleaned by circulating through it a solution of Max Clean descaling compound of approved make (approx. 10kg) and water of required strength, continuously for 24 hours with the help of a pump. The solution shall be circulated from a tank/ barrel. Brushes, detergent, diesel/ kerosene oil, dhoti cloth required shall be arranged and provided by the contractor. All other accessories of the boiler shall also be opened and cleaned similarly. The job includes replacement of all seals, gaskets, asbestos rope, asbestos felt, asbestos sheet, defective nuts and bolts etc. The tools & tackles required for the job and any other consumable shall be provided by the contractor 2 Replacement of refractory of 4 Lac Kcal/hr Hot Water Generator. The job includes complete removal of old damaged refractory and thorough cleaning of refractory surfaces/bases. Refractory shall be laid in Fire Crete Super brand castable refractory cement as per the OEM. 3 Complete dry Servicing of FCUs installed at various location at Sales Taxes Complex solina, Srinagar. The job includes dismantling of filters of indoor unit and cleaning it thereof with the help of water and detergent, drying it off with blower air and reinstalling the same besides removing dust and dirt of indoor units with the help blower. The job includes checking all working parameters of FCUs and setting them right as per requirement. The job further includes reinstalling back all the items so removed from the unit for servicing. 4 Providing and fitting of 12/16 mm dia OD PEX-AL-PEX Pipe Connections along with allied fitting viz valves, Sockets, Nipple, Union, tee etc and testing of the same on maximum working pressure/Temperature to the FCU units that are working on old damaged pipe connections. 5 Providing and fixing of Pressure gauge of 100mm dial with isolation valve 6 Replacement of damaged butterfly valve with new Butterfly valve Body CI,Disc SS-304, PN 1.6. The job also included providing and fitting of gaskets and Nut-bolts for connecting the same in the existing pipeline 100 mm dia 7 Maintenance of 10 HP hot water circulation pump by way of complete dismantling of pumping unit. Replacement of damaged seal and bearings of the pumping unit. The job includes providing and fitting of consumables, refitting of the same and complete testing on full load. 8 Complete Wet Servicing of FCUs installed at various location at Sales Taxes Complex solina, Srinagar. The job includes dismantling of filters of indoor unit and cleaning it thereof with the help of water and detergent, drying it off with blower air and reinstalling the same besides removing dust and dirt of indoor units with the help blower. The job further includes disconnecting the input and output pipes of FCU, cleaning the FCU coils by descaling agent to remove blockages and scaling of coil and reconnecting the pipes back. The Job also includes checking all working parameters of FCUs and setting them right as per requirement. The job further includes reinstalling back all the items so removed from the unit for servicing 9 Operational charges on account of hiring two semi skilled labourers for running the plant for heating season from 15th November-2024 to 15th March 2025 from 8am to 3 pm.
