    Tender For Mechanical Breakdown Works; 1 Dhoti cloth 2 Steel brush 3 Nuts and bolts of sizes 4 Petrol 5 Grease 6 Rope 7 Repair and maintenance of 07 no. gates of CHEP-II by way of dismanting and cleaning of all parts by using petrol, dhoti cloth, brush etc. Applying fresh coat of grease to all the parts of gate and then assemble it properly. Replacement of Stainless steel nuts & bolts for seals Removal of old cadmium compound / grease from the steel wire rope, cleaning it properly and then applying fresh coat of greese.The job also includes complete dismantling of winch machine of manually operated gates which include pinion, gear, gun metal bushes, etc. and cleaning of all parts by using petrol,dhoti cloth, brush etc. Applying fresh coat of grease to all the parts of winch machine of the manually operated gates and then assemble it properly.Removal of old grease from the threaded stem rod, cleaning it properly andthen applying fresh coat of grease. Checking the manualoperationof the gates by lifting and lowering it 2-3 times
