| 9 | Providing and fitting of gear type coupling with drum brake assembly complete on input shaft of the gearboxes along with providing and installation of complete brake mechanism and commissioning of the drive. |
| 10 | SITC of hydraulic system of suitable capacity for lifting of the central pulley upto desired height in order to facilitate closing action as detailed in SBD |
| 11 | Replacement of bucket rollers and re-bushing of the new rollers with gunmetal bushes. |
| 12 | Modification of bucket teeth in order to facilitate smooth and obstruction free raking action of the bucket over the existing trash racks. The job includes painting of the bucket with a coat of zinc oxide and two coats of enamel paint. |
| 13 | Providing and fixing of operators cabin of size 6ft x 4 ft and height 7 ft in half glazed aluminium framing with ceiling complete enclosure dust proof with electrification and heating points. Providing and fixing of operators seat with proper cushioning. |
| 14 | Providing and fixing of plain polycarbonate / tin sheeting wherever required in order to prevent rain/ snow inside the structure. Painting of the complete trash device with a coat of zinc oxide and two coats of enamel paint both on inside and outside surfaces (230 sq. m approx). |
| 15 | Providing and fitting of 100Watt LED flood lights installed over the TRCM for proper illumination including wiring and switch boards. |
| 16 | SITC of electrical panel inside the operator’s cabin for operation of all the drives of the trash mechanism including hoist, travel, closing mechanism. The panel should be equipped with necessary protection controls/ allied accessories like relays/main power contactors with auxiliary (NONC) contacts/reverse forward push buttons/single phase preventer and thermal overload relays/3 phase indicators/contact indications/ Digital CT meters /MCB/MCCB of suitable rating for 25 hp hoist motor drive, 10 hp travelmotors and 5 hp closing drive along with complete dressed wiring of the panel.(Auxiliary control and protection panel complete). The panel should have provision for interlocking of the braking system with the motor drives. |
