Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - MEDIUM REFIT MR 1 OF ICGS SAMRAT HA1001 Pre-refit and Post refit trials to be carried out along with all PAC / OEM & Yard rep and report with specific recommendations to be rendered. Operational status and all modes of operation should be checked during pre-refit trials and optimum performance (as per specifications). Note For equipment scheduled for replacement during refit only post refit trails would be conducted and the same would be finalised during RFIC. HA 1002 Ship is to be docked in both versions as per the approved docking plan and berthing services to HA1003 be provided. Prior docking of ship, joint Inspection of keel blocks with overseeing team, yard reps and ships staff to be carried out. Keel blocks are to be arranged as per docking plan for both versions of docking. Docking plan if HA1004 different than provided by Coast Guard new docking plan to be prepared and approved by class. 02 in nos. Tug and pilot facilities to be provided during docking / undocking and berthing/un- berthing of vessel till refit completion. HA1005 Yard to include basin / alongside berthing charges. HA1006 Two in nos. portable fire hydrant manifold connection including supply of fire main hose (Min 5 bar pressure and 40 TPH) and 05 nos. qualified fire sentries with supervisor are to be provided during entire refit. If hot works commence at difference place at same time, yard has to provide additional fire sentries. HA1007 Cleaning of dry dock during the stay of vessel to be carried out and 10 suitable carry away pipes to be provided. Diameter 75mm 05 nos., 100 mm-04 Nos. and 125mm-01 nos. HA1008 20 tons fresh water as required on actual and 500 Ltr bottled drinking water every day along with 04 in nos. portable water cooler to be supplied during entire refit duration. HA1009 02 nos. telephone connections (Fixed line/ WLL/ Mobile) to be provided on board ship during entire refit period. One connection to have STD, FAX, internet and e-mail facility. HA1010 Four in nos, of staff cars (one each for Commanding officer, Heads of Department, Officers and CGRPT staff) on all days, One 08 Seater SUV for officers on all days, one 32 seater bus for Ships company on all days and one truck as on required basis for transportation of ration, coordination of survey and collection of demand etc. to be provided during the entire refit.
