BP sheet and painted with smoke Grey Colour Synthetic Enamel Paint duly fitted with 01 no. 6 Amp SP MCB on anodized M.S. channel, 01 no. of Bakelite Fuse Fitting with 6 Amp capacity , 1 No. 6A Capacity NS6 type HRC Fuse, 01 no. Copper Neutral Link, Bakelite Terminal Block of 04 Terminals, Cable Glands suitable for 2C/4C X2.5 sq. mm size Including Incoming/ Outgoing Cables etc. and installation of Junction Box. on G.I Pipe Light Pole at designated height with the help of suitable M.S. No. 1(a) , 1.2 meter long B class GI pipe and bent at one end by Quarter Circle in 1.0 meter length at an angle of 30 degrees for fixing 120 watt LED Light fitting on Gantry with the help of G.I./ M.S. clamps as required (01 job per Light). 15 Work 16 Following works are to be carried out at 132 KV S/S SGPGI, Lucknow for the construction of 33 KV SGPGI-III Bay along with associated works including all cost of men, misc, consumables, T&P, Crane etc. to complete the Job satisfactorily 17 Safe Loading, Carriage of various euipments like- Control cables of various size, MS Flat of various size, 33 KV CT, 33 KV Isolators, ACSR Conductor etc. required for construction of 33 KV SGPGI Bay from Various Sub Stations in Lucknow to 220 K.V S/S Bijnaur, Lucknow and Unloading at storage place as per direction of Supervising Engineer including cost of Hydra, Carriage vehicle, Men, Misc. consumables, T&P, making coil of cables before loading etc. required for satisfactory completion of Job.(01 Job for all items) 18 Erection of main and auxiliary structures 19 Main & Auxiliary Structure Lattice type 20 Erection of following Equipments as per instruction manual and technical specifications including shifting of materials from Central Stores to Erection Site including all associated works. 21 33 KV VCB with structure 22 33 KV CT (400-200/1/1/1) 23 33 KV CT Junction Box. 24 33 KV BI without earth blade 25 33 KV LI with earth blade 26 33 KV Post Insulator 27 Jumpering of various equipments with Twin ACSR Panther Conductor in after due cutting and bending of conductor and fixing & tightening etcof the Conductor/ Clamps/Connectors/Spacers etc. 28 Laying of following sizes Control Cables in the Cable Trenches from Control and Relay Panels in Control Room to various Equipments, Junction Box etc. in Swithcyard as per cable schedule, its sddling with 25X3 mm size including carriage of Cable Drums from Stores to work site & shifting back to stores including allotherassociated works required for the satisfactorily completion of the Job as per technical specification. 29 Laying of 2X2.5 sq. mm size Control Cable 30 Laying of 4X2.5 sq. mm size Control Cable 31 Laying of 6X2.5 sq. mm size Control Cable 32 Laying of 10X2.5 sq. mm size Control Cable 33 Interconnection & termination of of the above laid control cables between Control and Relay Panels & erected equipments i.e.CB, CT, CT Junction Box, PT, PT Junction, box. Including making necessary holes in Gland Plates or Boxes whereever required along with supply of Cable glands of appropriate size and providingof Ferrules for each core of the cables & its termination with crimping type Copper Lugs alongwith preparation of Interconnection Drawing and Commissioning of the Panel/ Feeders in co-ordination with T&C Wing includoing providing 02 sets of Hard Copies of as executed Interconnection Drawing including all other associated works required for the satisfactorily completion of the Job as per technical specification. (01 Job for Each Bay) 34 Cutting, Straightening and Laying 700 mm below inside ground & above ground of 75X10 mm, 50X6 mm, 25X6 mm size M.S. Flats (to be provided by the department) as per requirement for Earthing of newly erected equipments and Structures as above including welding with main Earthmat and with the object to be earthed including excavation, backfilling, painting of the Earthmat above groung level in Bus Green colour including all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily as per Technical Specifications. 35 Earthing of Structures and Equipments with 75X6 mm size M.S. Flat 36 Earthing of Structures and Equipments with 50X6 mm size M.S. Flat 37 Earthing of cable trenches with 25 mm x 6 mm size M.S.
