tender for WORK FORREPLACEMENT OF VARIOUS EQUIPMENTS TO ATTEND THE EMERGENCY BREAKOWN AT 220 KV & 132 KV SUB-STATIONS UNDER ETD BAHRAICH’’’’ Sl. No. Item Description 1 Replacement of various 220 KV, 132 KV and 33 KV equipment along with other associated works during the period of 1 year from the date of LOI or agreement whichever is earlier with all due care of safety & precautions, with all cost of men, misc. consumables, T&Ps etc. required for satisfactory completion of the work as per direction of the supervising engineer.Replace of defective/damaged 33 KV VCB installed at 220/132/33 KV S/Ss 2 Dismantling of 33 KV damaged/defective VCB including shifting of dismantled VCB from switch yard to storage place/store room. 3 Modification of 33 KV VCB foundation as per site requirement/as per manufacturing drawing or as per direction of supervising Engineer and shifting of earthing & both side jumper. 4 Erection of new 33 KV VCB in proper alignment and cable termination of circuit breaker as per logic for tripping/closing, spring charging/indication/supervision circuit with proper ferruling and checking out of breaker operation from local/remote including earthing & connection of both side jumpers and works related to complete the erection work. All required T&P skilled labours, crane/hydra etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 5 Replacement of 220 KV CT/CVT/PT with all cost of required T&P, skilled labours, crane/ hydra etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 6 Dismantling of 220 KV CT/CVT/PT after opening of its both side jumpers, earthing & cable termination etc. including shifting of dismantled material from site to store. 7 Erection of new 220 KV CT/CVT/PT including shifting of new 220 KV CT/CVT/PT from store to site. The works also includes jumpering from both side, earthing and cable termination. 8 Replacement of 132 KV CT/PT with all cost of required T&P, skilled labours, crane/hydra etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 9 Dismantling of 132 KV CT/PT after opening of its both side jumpers, earthing & cable termination etc. including shifting dismantled material from site to store. 10 Erection of new 132 KV CT/PT including shifting of new 132 KV CT/PT from store to site. The works also includes jumpering from both side, earthing and cable termination. 11 Replacement of 132 KV CT/PT with all cost of required T&P, skilled labours, crane/hydra etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 12 Dismantling of 220 KV/132 KV LA after opening of its jumpers, earting including shifting of dismantled material from site to store. 13 Erection of new 220 KV/132 KV LA including shifting of new LA from store to site. The works also includes jumpering from side, earthing and cable termination.
