All Job-related Manpower/Materials / resources supply by vendor. b. Disposal of debris after work will be vendor scope at location informed by the AM/NS c. Contractor shall give 3 years of guaranty for any type of Wooden Flooring, ceiling, Paint, door, LED lights, furniture, and all mics. Item. d. Materials should be got approved from AM/NS before using at site, Contractor will have to make necessary arrangement for testing of materials at his own cost, if required. e. One experienced supervisor who knows the job must be deputed for supervision on the repair works. f. In case of non-compliance suitable deductions will be made from the bill. g. Vendor will follow all process of safety & Security, while making gate pass and during the work execution. h. Type of plywood Recommended: Green ply, CENTURY, Plywood shall only be used. i. Rate will be on job basis subject to quality of work being certified by the committee formed to inspect the work. j. Quality of work will be certified by area in charge with sectional in charge by physical verification. k. Incase if anything happens during warranty period after completion of work, vendor will arrange the repairs with no additional cost to AMNS. l. All materials are subject to inspection and approval of AM/NS. AM/NS shall reserve the right to reject any material when found not in conformity with specifications and terms and conditions of the Work Order in all respect. m. The contractor shall supply their manpower with Personal Protective Equipment, consisting of, but not limited to the following: - i. Safety boots/shoes ii. Safety helmet iii. Safety glasses iv. Hearing protectors v. Hand gloves n. Any other special safety equipment shall be supplied by AMNS. o. Contractor shall be deemed to have full working knowledge and have obtained all necessary information and data of Company Facilities at which Services are to be performed, including, where applicable, prevailing location, physical conditions, hygienic state, access, contingencies, and all other circumstances under which the Services shall be performed.
