Tender For Brakpora Gopalpora Road-- 1 Engagement of JCB for clearing of road sides,incld earthwork excavation, side clearance ,removal of rubbish material and construction of unlined drain at varios spots 2 Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1km (by mechanical means) 3 Providing and layingwet mix macadam(Size range 53mm to 0.075mm) including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, transporting the mixed material by mechanical transport from plant to site of work and laid with paver finisher compacting with vibratory road roller of 8-10 Ton capacity to achieve the required density as per specification and includingcost and carriage of the materials complete jobcomplete 4 Providing and Applying of Tack Coat using Bituminous Emulsion confirming to IS 8887 using emulsion pressure distributor incl preparing the suraface incl cleaning with mechanical broom. MS Emulsion.On BitumenSurface @0.50kg/sqm 5 Providing and laying 50mm thick bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggegate of quaility size and grading as specified in CPWD specification and straight run bituminous of grade 80/100, 3.5% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bituminous hot mix plant transporting mixed material upto site of work and laid with paver finisher and compacting with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the density , including carriage all job complete 6 Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10@ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. 7 Supplying and filling of RBM/Khak bajree /quarrymuckin Berm/Shoulder Fillingincluding carriage spreading , consolidation loading , unloading all complete job 8 P/L of MS pipes 10 dia including cutting, welding, earthwork in trenches (if required) and refilling complete job: 16mm thick 9 The estimated rates are exclusive of 18% GST. However the GST @18% shall be paid on gross amount excluding labour cess proportionately.
