The work of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of pump sets with allied works and three years of operation & preventive maintenance at proposed online booster pumping station at Duck Line Road, Amar Nagar, Khindipada, Bhandup (West) in S ward under AE(M)WW ES-II - SITC of Pump & Motor set with motor having Head 40 mtrs & Discharge Capacity 50 LPS, coupling, Base plate etc. and other accessories 3 SITC of MCC Panel along with allied works as per data sheet, bill of material, specifications and drawings 4 SITC of 150 mm dia gear operated BFV (4 Nos.), 300 mm dia.gear operated BFV (2 Nos.), 150 mm dia Non-Return Valves (2 Nos) along with 150 mm dia (4 Nos) & 300 mm dia (2 Nos) Dismantling joints for suction & delivery side, pipes & fittings, Pressure Guage, GI piping and PVC drain line etc.as per specifications 5 Complete Cabling with provision of Cable Tray & Station lighting of Pump room as per specifications 6 SITC of 3 HP Vaccum pump along with GI piping & fittings works & allied works as per specifications 7 SITC of Instrumentation system includes Pressure Transmitter (6 Nos), 300 mm dia 2 Nos Full Bore electromagnetic flow meter etc along with necessary cabling work as per specifications 8 SITC of 2 Ton HOT Chain Pulley Hoist along with steel structure 9 Miscallaneous Items 10 Maintenace free Earting Sytem as per specifications 11 Provision of 3 Phase power supply with liasoning 12 Cost of Operation and preventive maintenance as per specifications of Electrician cum operator for 1 shift 13 Cost of Operation and preventive maintenance as per specifications of Labour cum watchman for 3 shifts 14 Cost of Operation and preventive maintenance as per specifications of Reliever for Electrician cum operator for1 shift per week 15 Cost of Operation and preventivemaintenance as per specifications of Reliever for Labour cum watchman for 3 shifts per week 16 Cost of consumables
