Current Year And Three Previous Financial Years) As On Opening Of Bid. Satisfactory Performance Certificate Issued By Respective Buyer Organization For The Above Orders Should Be Uploaded With Bid. 2) The Rates Shall Be Net, Including Gst, Cartage Etc Complete And Nothing Extra Shall Be Paid Over The Quoted Rates. 3) The Material Shall Be Supplied From The Fresh Batch And Should Not Be Manufactured Before One Month From The Date Of Supply. 4) The Supply Shall Be Taken In The Ndmc Area As Per The Directions Of Engineer-In- Charge As Per Requirement And Proportionate To Time Of Completion. 5) Each Bag Shall Be Marked/Stenciled As Per Below Along With Details:- I) Ndmc Supply Ii) Name Of The Agency And Recognized Brand. Iii) Batch No. / Lot No……In Code ,Or Otherwise And Month Of Manufacture. Iv) Date And No. Of Supply Of Order. V) Weight Of The Material Vi) Expiry Date Of Material (Shall Not Be Less Than Twelve Months). 6) The Proper Stacking Of The Materials Will Be Done In Ndmc Godown By The Contractor/Seller And Undertaking Regarding This On Letter Head Will Be Submitted By T He Seller At The Time Of Bidding. 7) The Material Supplied Shall Fulfill All The Parameters Of Is Codes, Cpwd, Morth Specifications For Which The Contractor Shall Submit The Manufacturing Test Report At The Time Of Supply And Undertaking Regarding This On Letter Head Will Be Submitted By The Seller At The Time Of Bidding. 8) Firm Shall Submit Expiry Date Of Material Along With Each Supply Of Batch/Lot. 9) Testing Of Sample: One Sample From Each Lot /Batch Shall Be Got Tested From Approved Lab As Per Is Code ,Cpwd/ Mort&H Specifications As Decided By The Engineer-In- Charge To Check The Conformity. The Testing Charges Shall Be Paid By The Contractor. The Testing Charges Will Be Reimbursed Subject To Condition The Test Report Is Found Ok. The Agency Will Submit The Original Test Receipt & Report Issued By The Testing Laboratory.In Case ,The Sample Fails In The Test From The Lot Representing The Sample Shall Be Replaced By The Contractor At His Own Risk And Cost. Two Percent (2%) Storage Charges Shall Be Charged For The Amount Of Failed Material After 10 Days Of The Issue Of The Letter In This Regard. 10) Undertaking On Letter Head With Prescribed Format (Uploaded In This Bid) Regarding Non- Blacklisted From Govt /Psus Organization Will Be Uploaded By The Seller At The Time Of Bidding. 11) As There Is An Emergency, Material Supplied At Store Would Be Received On The Basis Of Material Testing Certificate Or Isi Marked Certificate By Production Unit, The Material Would Be Issued To Field For Their Bonafide Use. If Subsequently, Material Found Failed On The Basis Of Testing Report Issued By Approved Laboratory, No Payment Would Be Made And Material Will Not Be Returned By User Department Or Ee (Store). 12) If The Material Will Not Be Supplied With In Stipulated Date Of Completion, The Penalty Will Be Made From The Contractor Equivalent To 0.5% Of The Price Of Materials Which The Contractorfailstodeliverwithintheperiodfixedfordeliveryinscheduleforeachweek Or Part Of Week And Maximum 5%. 13)The Supply Shall Be Taken In The Ndmc Area As Per The Directions Of Engineer-In- Charge As Per Requirement And Proportionate To Time Of Completion. 14)The Material Shall Be Supplied In Phase Manner Of 180 Days As Per The Directions Of The Engineer-In-Charge.
