Construction of Monolithic Conduit with D/S Water Driven System to Existing HR Outlet @ PUNADE MI Scheme, Tal. URAN, Dist. RAIGAD. - Item No 1 :- Excavation in hard murum including boulders upto 0.6 m diameter (0.113 Cum) for canal seating of embankment, filter drain, etc complete. 2 Item No 2 :- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-20 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for RCC works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway down stream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments, slab etc. with Batching Plant and Transit mixer including centering, shuttering ,scaffolding, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts etc. complete as directed. 3 Item No 3 :-Providing, fabricating and fixing in position permanent structural steel supports as per details including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, bending, welding. 4 Item No 4 :- Cementitious polymer inject grout (Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of approved make @ 2% of weight of cement used modified cement slurry made with non shrink compound in Concrete/RCC work). 5 Item No 5 :- Providing and supplying at site of ductileiron /spheroidal graphite (S.G.) iron D/F double eccentric resilient seated short body butterfly valves with gear box & handwheel, without bypass arrangement. Valves in accordance with BS EN 593 of PN 10/16 rated, with body & disc of ductile iron confirming to EN 1563/IS 1865 Gr.500/7 or Gr.400/15, Body seat of intergral SG Iron/S.S. AISI 316, seal retaining ring of steel C45/S.S. 1.4436, Shaft of S.S. 1.4021, Periferial disc seal and “O” rings of WRAS approved EPDM rubber (suitable for drinking water), Internal fasteners of stainless steel A2. Body & disc coated nside & outside with electrostatically applied epoxy powder coated blue colour. (suitable for drinking water.) as per DIN 30677- 2 & GSK guidelines with a coating thickness of min. 250 microns. Valves should be 100% tight shutoff. Face to face is per IS 13095 short body. Flange drilling as per IS 1538 raised face & pressure testing at manufactures works shall be done as per IS 13095. including transportation charges excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect etc. complete. 6 Item No 6 :- Providing, erecting and commissioning M.S. Dismantling joint as per requirement and Departments approved drawing and specifications, including machining and rubber rings and suitable for working pressure with required flanges of suitable size with nut bolts etc complete. The joint should have through long bolts so that during normal working pressure there should be no sliding movement of sliding flanges. L.O.F. ( length over flange ) should not be less than 75% of dia. - For 600mm Dia 7 Item No 6 :- Providing, erecting and commissioning M.S. Dismantling joint as per requirement and Departments approved drawing and specifications, including machining and rubber rings and suitable for working pressure with required flanges of suitable size with nut bolts etc complete. The joint should have through long bolts so that during normal working pressure there should be no sliding movement of sliding flanges. L.O.F. ( length over flange ) should not be less than 75% of dia. - For 900mm Dia 8 Item No 7 :- Providing and supplying I.S.I. mark rubber gasket suitable for C.I.orD.I. pipe of all class for tyton joints including inspection charges,transportation upto departmental stores in all respect etc. complete. 9 Item No 8 :- Removing / dismantaling the exiting gate, Hoist, Platform & Approach Bridge, etc with all necessary labour & machinery. 10 Item No 9 :- Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete as directed. 11 Item No 10 :- Providing casing embankment using selected pervious material from approved borrow areas (Government acquired land) in layers including cost of all materials, machinery,labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 % of Proctor density using vibratory compactor including cost of water etc., complete with lead upto1 km and all lifts as directed. 12 Add 5% Consultancy Charges On Patent Items No. 3 and 4
