Tender For Estimate For Manual Cleaning & Overhauling Of Main Canal Gates & Repair Work At Km. 108.389 Of U.G.C(Lot-3); 1 Cleaning thick bushes and thorny jungle without uprooting with disposal 2 Uprooting jhunds including backfilling and dressing 3 Dismantling old damaged brick work and c.c work i/c stacking of material within 60 m distance 4 M-150 brick work in 1:4 CM(1 cement:4 coarse sand) including cost of material, labour, T&P etc./CuM. 5 12.50 mm thick cement fine sand plaster in 1:4 including all cost of material, labour T&P etc coplete. 6 Centering and Shuttering for C.C worki/c all cost of material,labour,t&p etc. upto 3.0 hieght comp. 7 C.C 1:1.5:3 (M-20)with 10-20 mm well graded stone ballast with coarse sand with MechanicalMixing including all Labour and T&P complete as directed by eng-in-charge.- 8 Earthwork in embankment by power transported earth with a leadbeyond 200m and upto 1.0 km, i/c exavation, loading, unloading,manual compaction ,dressing and all lifts camplete 9 Complete overhauling of Hoisting Mechanism of vertical gate of Main Canal i/c making the mechanism fit to be manually operated by dismantling the end gear box, Central drive unit,reassembling after the necessary repairs with welding and proper machining of the worm out parts, replacement of all damaged parts of proper metallurgy. Fixing in position the whole mechanism with proper alignment testing by lifting and lowering of the gates, proper greasingand oil on all the points and enemal painting of all the components and exposed surface i/c cost of all labour,material T&P etc for proper completion of the work 10 Manual cleaning of scales on the surface of the automatic/vertical gate of Main Canalby hammering wire brushing with power grinder & oiling, gressing etc. i/c cost of all labour,material,T&P etc. for proper completion of the work. 11 Providing and relaying 80mm thick ISI marketed confirming to IS 15658-2006 I-shaped mechanically compressed interlocking cement concrete pavar blocks (200mmx(160x120)mm for making approaches i/c preparing of subgrade. Cost of all material,labour,T&P etc. complete 12 Finishing wall with one coat of weather coat paint of approved make and quality on new surface and one coat of wall putty to give an even surface i/c supply of all material, labour,T&P etc. complete. 13 Finishing wall with one coat of weather coat paint of approved make and quality on old surface and one coat of wall putty to give an even surface i/c supply of all material, labour,T&P etc. complete.
