Tender For Repairing And Other Work Of Dehra Feedar Head Regulator, 1 Greasing, oiling of all components of lifting mechanism of gate (excluding rollers) after proper cleaning with replacing grease cup/grease nipple as required including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work from gate no. 1 to 2. 2 Applying cardium compound on steel wire rope, rope drum of gate after proper cleaning including cost of all material, labour, T&P and scaffolding with safety arrangement required for proper completion of work from gate no. 1 to 2. 3 Replacing broken/ missing/damaged bolt, nut of hydro mechanical equipment after proper checking of bolt, nut including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work from gate no. 1 to 2. 4 Repairing of guide roller (side sway roller) by taking out defective guide roller from gate.Rethreading of foundation hole after extracting broken foundation bolt.Repairing of pinn by remettaling be welding, machining of roller shaft assembling the guide roller and fitting on gates with new foundation bolt and new rubber bushes and necessary oiling greasing including cost of all material, labour, T&P testing and trial etc required for the proper completion of work. 5 General Repairing and servicing of Central Hand Drive Unit system by dismentling & changing required damaged/broken spare parts & reassembling, fitting, greasing & testing including cost of allmaterial, labour and t&p required for proper completion of work 6 Rectifying defective alignment of gate by adjusting length of steel wire rope and other allied work as required including cost of all material, labour, T&P, jigs and fixtures, scaffolding etc as required for proper completion of work. 7 Replacement of Old and Damaged Bottom Seal size 80 x 20 mm as per IS code 11855by dismantling and cutting nut, bolts by gas cutting replacing by new Rubber Seal including lifting/lowering of gate and testing the gate complete with all labour, material, T&P and scaffolding etc as required for proper completion of work gate no 1 to 2 8 Replacement of Old and Damaged SideRubber Seal size 190x12 mm note dia 45 mm as per IS code 11855 by dismantling and cutting nut & bolts by gas cutting, replacing by new musical note Rubber Seal including lifting/lowering of gate and testing the gate completely including all labour, material, T&P and scaffolding etc.as required for proper completion of work at gate no 1 to 2. 9 Replacing the old damaged bearing with new bearing and overhauling of roller assembly ofgate of span below 12.19 Mtr. including new bearings no. 6315, Rubber seal, ‘O’ ring, grease nipple, cover plate etc, shifting to gate and fitting, greasing and testing etc. by operating gates including all cost of material, labour, T&P, scaffolding etc. for proper completion of work. 10 Black bituminous painting 2 coats by high build black bituminous paint with prior applying 1 coats of zinc chromate primer of standard make such as Asian, Berger, Shalimar brand etc. after preparation of steel surface by cleaning, rubbing, washing by detergent powder and drying completely before primer/ painting on M.S. chequerred plate decking with all cost of paint/ primer, labour, material, T&P and scaffolding required for completion of work gate no. 1 to 2 11 Epoxy Painting on rusted steel surface of gates after preparation of surface properly by sand blasting process and applying 2 coats of zinc phosphaterich primer and 2 coats of solvent less epoxy paint like Berger including cost of all material, labour, T&P and scaffolding as required for proper completion of work at gate no.1 to 2 12 Painting on super structure andhoist of gate by applying 1 coat of Red oxide zinc chromates primer and 2 coat of high gloss synthetic enamel phiroza bluepaint of standard make such as berger, Asian, etc after proper cleaning, scarping, preparing the surface, including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc.and scaffolding as required for completion of work at gate no. 1 to 2 13 Straightening of Bent Drive Floating shaft by dismantling, Taking out it to hydraulic press and straightening it by press machine and checking its alignment on lathe machine and taking back to site and fitting including changing of damaged P.
