Tender for purchase of Juice Heater 170 M2 Heating surface- 1 Juice Heater without S.S. Tubes heating surface 170 m2 : Design, Manufacture, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of tubular vertical juice heater with multiple circulation of heating surface 170 m2 and including dismantling of existing juice heater heating surface 170 m2 as per following details : Technical Specifications : -Description : -Vertical tubular juice heater. (1) Heating surface : 170 m2(2) Tube size (S.S tube of 304 grade): 45 mm OD x 1.5 mm Thickness x 4065 mm long.(3) Ligament : 12 mm (4) Material of construction : Mild steel,(5) Double beat valve : 150 NB X 2 Nos.(with S.S.Spendle)(6) Water inlet line with sluice valve : 80 NB X 2 Nos. (7) condensate pipe : suitable length upto common condensate tank with sluice valve 80 NB X 2 Nos.(8) Stool mild steel : 8 Nos.(9) Top and bottom tube plate thickness : 32 mm after machining with diamond setting of tubes without any joint.(10) Body shell thickness : 12 mm(11) Top and bottom covers with easy opening devices and bolts : 36 mm thickness after machining and 25 mm for cover opening support with 200 mm X 16 mm stiffener of maximum 250 mm gap.There should be having lever and coupler arrangement with linkage and counter balancing for easy opening and closing the covers.(12) Heating media :2nd /3rdquad body vapour.(13) Drain valves, S.S. ball valve (threaded and S.W. type): - 40 NB in each pass of bottom cover.(14) Air Vent S.S. ball valves (threaded and S.W. type):- 25 NB in each pass of top cover.(15) Thickness of partition plate and header : Partition plate and header shall not less than 14 mm thickness M.S.
