Tender For Smart Periodical Services (Ext) To Certain Bldgs At Janglot Under Ge Basoli.; 1 Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7 /9 to make free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. 2 M & L for water proof cement based putty @ 1 kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1mm over the plastered/ old prepared painted surface of walland sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per the following steps:-Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturers instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute.Step 2 :- Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulations.Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface 3 M&L for one coat of acrylic waterbased Interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats as in wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using airlessspray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed.Note : Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment. 5 M & L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 litre (undiluted)/ 10sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine and allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for surfaces of walls, roof projection/windows chajjas & similiar and applying weather proof two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed.Make: Apex by asian paints, Excel by Nerolac, Weather proof by Berger and same or equivalentcomplete all as per manufactured and directedNote : - Tint/Shade shall be approved by Engr-in-ChargeNote for Item No 1 to 6 above(a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. all as specified and directed. 14 M&L Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applyiny one coat of Plastic Emulsion paintcomplete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall,plasters &cornicesincluding brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, module, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil/ greasy spots etc., and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed 16 M&L Complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion ( Apex ) over a coat of primer/ wall putty complete all as specified anddirected. 17 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wood work exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 19 Taking down ,dismantling of broken/loose portion of chajja, facia upto 450 mm wide and making good the surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:1.5:3 including necessary formwork /scffolding and matching with existing surface of facia (including white wash /colour wash or cement base paint) chajja upto Ist floor, complete all as specified and directed. 20 Taking down of cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of walls of any description, complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on walls (exteranl surfaces) of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on walls (internal surfaces) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L Applyingtwo coats of colour wash of any colour or tintincluding preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L Applyingtwo coats of oil bound distemper of any colour or tintincluding preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L Rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3, on ceiling,etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement and Preparation of new pastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 26 M&L Writing letters or figures (block, Roman, Itlaic or Indian) exc 10 cm but n.exc 30 cm high.complete all as specified and directed. 27 M&L Writing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc complete all as specified and directed. 28 S&F Sheet glass 3mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed. 29 S&F Figured glass 3mm thick , pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares in exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane including Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed. 30 M&L applying 3mm thick wall care putty on new/old plastered surface and prepare the smooth surface with sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper upto any height on wallscomplete all as specified and directed. 31 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls,plasters & cornices including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, module, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil/ greasy spots etc., and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper (washable) complete all as specified and directed.
