    Tender For Procurement Of Flue Gas Analyzer For Chemical Dept. At Dpps/Dpl- 1 SUB: PROCUREMENT OF FLUE GAS ANALYZER FOR CHEMICAL DEPT. AT DPPS/DPL 2 Flue Gas Analyzer• Portable Type• Suitable for Coal Fired Thermal Power Plant.• IR or Electro Chemical Sensors required for: O2, CO, CO2(NDIR), SO2 ,NO,NO2 along with Sensor warranty of minimum 3 yrs.• Calibration Certificates of all the sensors are to be provided.• Range of measurement as per Annexure III• Calculated parameter: Efficiency, Flue Gas Loss and Excess Air. • Measurable Temperature: ≥1000oC• Operating Temperature: -5 to 50 oC• Probe: At least 2 m long with handle.• Battery Operated with charging adaptor and integrated display unit.• Programmed with user friendly Software along with PC connectivity for data transfer.• Inbuilt Auto controlled pump to draw sample. • Facility for dust protection, moisture removal and inbuilt Peltier Chiller along with Thermocouple.• Ambient and Flue Gas Temperature Display.• Spare consumable filters to be supplied.• Special Sample Hose for accurate NO/NO2 and SO2 measurement to be provided.• Instruction Manual and onsite demonstration to be provided.• Supplier must have service and calibration centre in India.Instrument must be USEPA/ TUV/ MCERT Certified. 3 EN ISO 20471: 2013/IS 15809:2008, Material: - Cotton Sleeveless & 50 washable Additional Data. IS 15809:2008, Vest with 2 Nos. logo in front side and lettering in back side.
