(As Per IS 2185) of approximate size 300 x 200 x 150 mm for superstucture walls, compound walls etc. including curing. 6 Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, for an average thickness of 12 mm, one coat, floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels to fair faces of brick masonry, etc. 7 Providing and laying 8 mm thick or nearest size first class light coluredvitrified glazed tiles for walls of size 120x60 cm (Johnson, somany, khajaria or equivalant make) over spcecial adhesive (cerabond, Ramco, khajaria or equivalent make) including pointing the joints with matching colour cement, curing including disposing the debrices at places any where in the company premises as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. complete. 8 Dismatling and removing the existing mosaic tiles / vitrified tiles, tile lining and plastering the walls in lines and levels for daoding, including disposing the debrices pointed out any where within the company premises etc. complete. 9 Providing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with MS or deformedbars including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cuttingrods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with black annealed tying wire of 22 gauge, cost of wire etc. complete(Reinforcements will be issued by HOCL at free of cost). 10 Reinforced Cement Concrete work 1:1.5:3 for PreCast Slab ,guard stonesetc. using 20mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing concrete,laying,cost of necessary formwork, consolidating ,curing etc.complete but excluding cost of reinforcement . 11 Plain cement concrete work 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm nominal size hardgranite broken stones including charges for mixing concrete, necessaryform work,laying, consolidating, curing, etc. complete for foundation levelling course .etc 12 Painting to outside walls with premium quality acrylic emulsion exteriorpaints(Excel, Apex,.etc) of approved quality and shade two coats over a coat of cement primer, including washing and cleaning the surface etc complete at all heights 13 Painting to inside walls with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of approved quality and shade two coats over a coat of cement primer, including washing and cleaning the surface etc complete at all heights. 14 Painting with synthetic enamel paint one coat of approved quality andcolour to new/old surfaces of structural steel works doors ,windows of steel /wood etc.after rubbing with sand paper and cleaning well the surfaces including cost of all labour,materials and scaffolding etc.at all heights. 15 Painting with approved quality Aluminium paint two coats after cleaning the surface including necessary scaffolding etc at all heights 16 Painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make andshade over a coat of zinc chromate primer to truss, purlin, runners etc. at all heights including cost of scaffolding, cleaning, cost of all materials and labour etc. complete, as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. 17 Providing and laying 9-10 mm thick or nearest size first class light colured double charge vitrified tiles for floor (Johnson, somany, khajaria or equivalant make) over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., as per the manufactures specification, laying the tiles in uniform lines using spacers and levels, filling the tile joints with matching colour epoxy (laticrete, mapei , weber or equivalent) using suitable spacers etc. Necessary spacers shall be provided and fill the joints with cementitious or epoxy grouts of approved make. 20 Removing the existing wooden door shutter,including cutting the bottom member to get the required height and refixing door shutters to existing door frames, replacement of hinges, screws, etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 21 Removing the existing Aluminium door shutter,including cutting the bottom member to get the required height and refixing door shutters to existing door frames, replacement of hinges, screws, etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 22 Repairs to RCC structures by plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm to 18mm thick, including providing necessary steel scaffolding, chipping and removing the damaged portion of concrete, removing the rust over reiforcement whereever required, applying a coat of Polymeric rustonverter of approved make (CHELADE or equivalent), curing , disposal of debris at places pointed out by the Engineer in charge any where within the company premises etc complete at all heights up to 12M . 23 Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door with Frames of cross-section 85 mm x 45 mm or nearest available size of having single rebate to receive shutter of 28 mm thickness. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame. 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish design made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings monolithically,inlcuding all accesories like latch, hinges, towerbolts, removing the existing door & frame and finishing the walls, complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge. 24 Providing and fixing powder coated aluminum frame work for ventilators.Openable type ventilators using powder coated aluminum medium guage sections for outerframe, shutter frame approved quality and ections(Jindal or equivalent make) . The shutters are made of 16mm thick 710 grade Marine plywood. The exposed portions are finished with machine pressed 1mm thick laminate and inside portions with 0.7mm thick laminate of approved make & shade. The edges are finished with machine pressed edge banding of required thickness (2 mm thick for shutters & .8 mm thick for cabinet). The rates are inclusive of Auto closing hinges, Multipurpose lock and SS handles/knob of approved make. (Accesories shall be of Ebco /Hettich). 49 Painting to ceiling with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint (Ace, nippon) one coat over a coat of cement primer including washing and cleaning the surface etc complete at all heights. 50 Supplying and fixing gypsum ceiling boards of Gyproc or other approvedmake of 600x600x12mm size over inter locking aluminium ceiling grids with 25x25x1.5mm anodized aluminium angles or equivalent sections fixed alround walls at the required height for false ceiling using rawal plugs, screws etc. 36x25x1.5mm anodized aluminium main tees or equivalent sections 600 mm intervals suspended from the roof truss work using combinations of M.S rods (issued from HOCL stores) welded/bolted to the existing truss members to the required length and adjustable 6mm suspension rod, holding nuts, washers etc. 25x25x1.5mm Tees interlocked to this main Tees at bottom part including providing necessary frame work for tube light fittings etc. complete as per the direction including painting with two coats of plastic emulsion paint including 1 coat of cement primer to all faces of the tiles. No deductions shall be made for light points.
