Tender For Construction Of Pokhara Tola Link Road; 1 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lead upto 30m and lift upto 1.5m spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per techanical specification clause 301.5 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded ready mixed sukrut material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface withat OMC, and compacting in two layer with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63mm Sukrutstone ballast to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type-B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm Sukrut Stone ballast size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,Type-B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 5 Providing and appying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate 0.70 kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification claue 502. 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg. per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with hydrulic broomas per Techinical Specification No. 503 7 Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm nominal mix (22.4 mm-11.2mm)and 11.2mm nominal mix (13.2mm-5.6mm)dalla aggregate either using 80/100 penetration grade bitumen VG-10 @1.46kg per sqm. To required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base,including mixing by mixol,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity.as per technical specification clause 508.(Including cost of bitumen). 8 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510. 9 Earthworkin excavation for structuresas Per drawing and techanical specification clause 305.1 insoil mixed with moorum/shingle/black cotton kankar requaring theuse of special T&P such as pickaxe,subbals etc with 30m lead and 1.5m lift and also includingsetting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterous material and disposal up to a lead of 50m dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. 10 Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) M-10(1:3:6 Nominal Mix) in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed placed in foundation completed vibration including curring for 14 days. 11 Stone masonary work in cement mortor(1:4) in foudation complete asper drawing and techanical specification . 12 Stone masonary work in cement mortor(1:5) in sub-structure complete asper drawing and techanical specification clauses 702,704,1202 and 1203(2nd sort 13 Raised cement pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 3 part ofcoarse sand as per drawing andTechanical specification clauses 613.3,1204 14 S/O 900 mm 7.5 R/M 15 ProvidingC.C archtectural coping on the top of wing/return wall. etc. complete as per drawing and techanical spec. 16 The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment, patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1at year maintenance cost (0%) 17 The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment, patri, pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.including cost of material T&P abour but excluding GST) for 2* year maintenance cost (1% of Construction 18 The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment, patri, pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and In the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. including cost of material T&P abour but excluding GST) for 3a year maintenance cost (1.5% of Construction Cost) 19 The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment, patri, pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.
