Tender For Construction Of Pokhara Tola Link Road; 1 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lead upto 30m and lift upto 1.5m spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per techanical specification clause 301.5 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded ready mixed sukrut material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface withat OMC, and compacting in two layer with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63mm Sukrutstone ballast to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type-B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm Sukrut Stone ballast size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,Type-B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 5 Providing and appying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate 0.70 kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification claue 502. 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg. per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with hydrulic broomas per Techinical Specification No. 503 7 Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm nominal mix (22.4 mm-11.2mm)and 11.2mm nominal mix (13.2mm-5.6mm)dalla aggregate either using 80/100 penetration grade bitumen VG-10 @1.46kg per sqm.
