No. Item Description 1 Scrapping of Upper Surface of Road 2 Earth work in cutting or embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50M in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm. Layers including remming and dressing 1.50M lift and 30M lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30M distance as directed by the Engineer-In-charge. (Including royality) (S.I.No.: 253(a) 3 Brick lining on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7cm wide 11cm deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-charge (S.I. 765) 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam Grade-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density, as per Latest MORTH & MORD specification.(Mechanical Means) 5 Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.(Mechanical Means) 6 Providing & applying tack coat of bitumen emulsion (VG-10) with using Emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer cleaned with hydroulic broom as per Technical speficication. Clause 503.(Mechanical Means) 7 20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penteration grade/modified bitumen) Binder-Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using viscosity grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a HOT MIX PLANT 120 TPH CAPACITYLAYING BY PAVER FINISHER HYDROSTATIC WITH SENSOR CONTROLER suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeld roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and graded to be followed by seal coat as per Latest MORTH & MORD Specification. 8 Providing and MIXING BY HOT MIX PLANT 120 TPH CAPACITYLAYING BY PAVER FINISHER HYDROSTATIC WITH SENSOR CONTROLER Laying seal coat by mannual means with VG -10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type C as per Latest MORTH & MORD specification (BY MECHANICAL MEANS) 9 Painting white/coloured traffic lines 8-15 cm wide in three coats with approved road making paint (Spirit base) as per directed by th engineer-in-charge including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work.
