Tender For Work 1 (Table 1) :-1 Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of water cooled type vertical turbine pump of WPIL / Kirloskar / Jyoti / Wilo make of 125 HP capable to discharge 200 m3 / hr against total head of 120 meter, with suitable vertical hallow / solid shaft motor Jyoti / Kirloskar / Mather & Plat / Crompton make and mounted on M.S. Joist including cost of supplying, fitting & fixing of all required accessories such as suitable C.I.D.F. special sluice valve, N.R valve, Driving coupling & Ratchet, S.S line shaft S.S head shaft, bow assembly, suitable column pipe 40 feet, spider bearing, rubber cut less bush, S.S line shaft coupling, centre guide, discharge head, strainer, per lubricating tank, pressure gauge, vacuum gauge etc. including Transportation, Loading & unloading charges All complete.2 Cost of supplying & fitting ML type full automatic star delta air break starter with suitable magnetic relay range make L&T / Havells. 3 Cost of taking out of complete 125 HP VT existing pump set from intake well 40 feet long 8” dia column pipe etc all complete with all labour & tools for installation of new above VT pump set. 4 Cost of supply all labour, tools & tackles equipment and materials for installation of P/ set on the foundation & fitting of N.R valve & sluice valve & fitting by cutting, wending and threading at site with suitable size M.S. pipe for delivery header, M.S hand nut bolt with spring washer rubber installation etc as required as per direction of E.I at site. 5 Supplying installation testing and commissioning of 90 watt LED (make Havells, Bajaj, reputed) at existing pole and building along with suitable arm / bracket wire 1.5 mm2, switch etc all complete. 6 Cost for supplying and laying of 95 mm2 x 3 core unarmoured copper cable PVC insulated and sheathed from starter to motor. -For Work 2 (Table 2) :- 1 Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of water cooled type HSC C/F pump of WPIL / Kirloskar / Jyoti / Wilo make of 100 HP capable to discharge 189 m3 / hr against total head of 81 meter, with suitable solid shaft motor Jyoti / Kirloskar / Mather & Plat / Crompton make and mounted on M.S. Joist including cost of supplying, fitting & fixing of all required accessories such as suitable C.I.D.F. special sluice valve, N.R valve, foot valve tyre coupling pressure gauge, vacuum gauge etc. including Transportation, Loading & unloading charges All complete.2 Cost of supplying & fitting suitable ML type full automatic star delta air break starter with suitable magnetic relay range make L&T / Havells. 3 Cost of taking out of complete 100 HP HSCC/F existing pump set dismantling old foundation etc all complete with all labour & tools for installation of new HSC C/F pump set. 4 Cost of supply all labour, tools & tackles equipment and materials for installation of P/ set on the foundation & fitting of N.R valve & sluice valve & fitting by cutting, wending and threading at site with suitable size M.S. pipe for delivery header, M.S hand nut bolt with spring washer rubber installation etc as required as per direction of E.I at site. 5 Making of New PCC foundation 4’x3’x2.5’ size & M.S. joint 4”x6” - 2 nos. with supplying all mortar materials & foundation bolt 6 nos. with all labour tools and tackles loading unloading with alignment levelling and jointing as per P.W.D. specification (1:2:4) etc all complete. 6 Cost for supplying and laying of 95 mm2 x 3 core unarmoured copper cable PVC insulated and sheathed from starter to motor.
