Gas Cutting Is Allowed For Loading Purpose Only Subject To The Following Condition: Purchaser Should Ensure That Availability Of Fire Extinguisher ,Sand, Water Bucket Etc At Delivery Point . Witnessing Staff Should Be Present While Gas Cutting Is In Progress . Gas Cutting Should Be Done On Concrete Floor . Remark : - Photograph Is Available On Ireps
