No. Item Description 1 Following works are to be carried out for replacenent of damaged 63 MVA T/F by 40 MVA T/F at 132KV S/S, Ambala Road-I Saharanpur under ETD-Saharanpur. 2 Dismantling of damaged 63 MVA 132/33 KV Transformer along with draining of required quantity of oil from Transformer at 132 KV Sub-Station Ambala Road, Saharanpur and opening of electrical & termination connections of 63 MVA T/F. 3 Shifting of damaged 63 MVA Transformer from plinth to safe place up to 40 Mtrs distance including turning (if required). Including all T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily. 4 Additional shifting 35 Mtrs @ 5 Mtrs per job 5 Shifting/Dragging of oil filled 40 MVA Transformer from existing place to near loading place including turning (if required) at 132 kV S/S Nirpura, Baraut distance upto 20 mtrs. 6 Loading of 40 MVA Transformer main tank along with accessories at 132 kV S/S Nirpura, Baraut making the wooden sleeper platfrom, jacking the Transformer tank up to the trailer height placing, the rail under Transformer tank and shifted up on the trailer, removed the rail under Transformer tank and proper tightening the main tank with trailer bad with the help of steel rope turn and all other associated work. 7 Packing of HV/LV/Neutral bushing of old and used 40 MVA T/Fin empty wooden crate (Packing material will be provided by the contractor at his own cost) 8 Carriage of 40 MVA T/F main tank from 132 KV Sub-Station Nirpura, Baraut to 132 KV Sub-Station Ambala Road, Saharanpur along with all accessories by private truck/trailer distance approx. 150 km.(Route: Shamli-Budhana-Muzaffarnagar-Saharanpur).This route is chosen to avoid Railway Crossing and under construction bridges) 9 Unloading of main tank of 40 MVA 132/33 KV T/F loaded on trailer, jacking the tank for packing the rail under the Transformer .tank and shifting it of wooden to plate form, Removing the rail under the T/F tank on wooden sleeper, lowering the tank towards ground by slowly and removing the wooden sleeper under the tank and unloading of various Transformer accessories of above 40 MVA Transformer like oil filled drums, bushing conservator tank, cooling fan etc. from Track/Trailer at site at 132 KV Sub-Station Ambala Road Saharanpur. 10 Shifting/dragging of40 MVA T/F from unloading place to plinth upto 40 meter distance including turning of T/F if required including all T&P & other works to complete the lob satisfactory. 11 Additional shifting 20 Mtrs @5 Mtrs per job 12 Complete erection of 40 MVA T/F by erection of radiator, conservator tank, bushing with its turrets (if available) connecting.of all oil pipe line, erection of cooling fans, making control cables connection, buchholz relay etc. for completing the work, topping of Transformer oil and final oil filling in tank, radiator, conservator tank and all other associates work for completion of work. Replacement of gasket of radiator/Bushing/Pipeline etc. except top cover of Transformer by providing and fixing of new gasket as per existing size made of rubberized cork sheet Kotika/Turborze brand grade 07. 13 Replacement of RTCC panel of 40 MVA T/F in control room at 132 KV Sub-Station Ambala Raod-I, Saharanpur including its termination and fitting as per site requirement and its connection. 14 Electrical connection of 40 MVA 132/33 KV Transformer with laying of cable and termination in between WTI, OTI buchholz relay, cooling fans, OLTC, Marshaling box etc. with proper feruling as per drawing. 15 Earthing of Main tank of 40 MVA 132/33 KV Transformer by using MS flat 50x6/75x10 mm size its jointing with already laid earthmat/deltas preparing neutral bushing suport for its earthing including all work. 16 Centrifuging of complete Transformer oil in transformer by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the Transformer oil through PVT. Centrifuging machine (to be arranged by the contractor) including taking BDV values of oil periodically till required valve is achieved (Approx. 20 kL Oil). 17 Jumpering of 40 MVA Transformer HV side cutting of conductor and tightening of conductor with connector. 18 Transformer oil sample collection testing of Transformer oil at CPRI testing lab including cost of transportation of each sample in standard sample bottlesi- Breakdown Voltage Testii- Moisture content Testiii- Disolved Gas Analysis
