Electrical Section (Oem/ Authorised Dealer/ Experiences Contractor)-Cane Carrier Supply of Ac VVVF Drive along with 75 KW motor Make - Siemens of suitable capacity type IE3, insulation class H, along with forced cooling arrangement. VVFD (Rating 90 KW) should be supplied along with the following components. For incoming suitable MCCB along with spreader terminal, rotary handle, all phase indications, multifunction meter, Current transformer, heavy duty drive suitable for operation of motors. Drive should be given in panel along with input choke, output choke, control MCB, LED indications, push buttons, auxiliary contactors & signal isolator etc. The Panel shall comprised of fan & filter, Control transformer, power TB, control TB, door limit switch, panel shall comprise of hot air canopy, dust Proof gasket & anti vibration pad. Local control station with push button metering & indications as per site requirement. Scope also include laying of cables incoming & out going 150 Sq. mm, 3.5 core along with (aproxmatly 40 mtr.) copper cable all armoured, supply of 1.5 Sq. mm, 16 Core aluminium armoured cable (approximately 100 mtr.) shall also be in the scope of party. Scope of work includes supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of system.Note :- All Required Parts will be arrange by Contractor,Make - ABB (Manufactures/Authorised DealerTerms & Condition 1. OEM Authorization Letter Required 2. 3 Years Working Experience in Sugar Industries 3. 2 Year Installation Warranty) Supply of RTU/Gateway & CAT6 Cable (50Mtr.) and work for installation, commissioning & testing at BSSUKM, Ramhepur, kawardha for successful transmission of telemetry data of 6MW BSSUKM Plant to SLDC raipur- all the necessary works like control wiring, scheme checking at site and work as per the coordination and requirements of CSPTCL and SLDC are under vendor scope for successful transmission of telemetry data. (First Class Electrical Contractor) Supply & Installation of Secure Meter at BSSUKM Kawardha Type:3phase 4 wire, CTR:200/5A, PRT:33KV/110V, Class:0.2 s, Make : Secure, Meter should be ABT Compatible, All required wor with CSPDCL for successful completion of work under vendor scope, (First Class Electrical Contractor)
