Providing and installation of Wiring for light point/ fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface /recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable Gl box and ear thing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group-A Providing and installation of PUF Toilet block 01 set of size 3000 mm x 2200 mm. including 100mm Wall Panels. Wall panel 100mm thick PUF insulated Wall Panel with 0.50mm thick PPGI sheet (Make-JSW) (Off White RAL 9002) both sides with PUF Density 44 Kg/m3 ±10% in metallic tongue and Groove joint system with cut to size, with no loading of wastage with additional 90° bends in Male & Female groove to have proper sealing, Strength & Air Tight joints Panel to Panel, CFC free & Ozone friendly. (Pentane Based) Roof Panel: 50/80mm thick PUF insulated Roof panel with 0.50mm thick corrugated profile sheet from out side and micro ribbed 0.50mm thick PPGI (Make-JSW) inside with PUF Density 42 Kg/m3 ± 5% with proper overlapping and projections on all sides, CFC free & Ozone friendly. (Pentane Based) Door:- PUF Insulated door of size 750x2100mm with powder coated aluminium chowkhat, 40mm thick door leaf and accessories like Hinges, Handles, Aldrop and Tower bolts. UPVC Ventilator: UPVC Ventilators of size 450x600mm top hung type complete with accessories like hinges, handles, and tower bolts. Floor panels, 80mm thick PUF insulated Floor Panel with 0.50mm thick PPGI sheet (Make-JSW) (Off White RAL-9002) bottom sides and 18mm ply on top side finished with 2mm thick aluminium chequered plate with PUF Density 44 Kg/m3 ±10% in metalic tongue and Groove joint system with cut to size, with no loading of wastage with additional 90° bends in Male & Female groove to have proper sealing, Strength & Air Tight joints Panel to Panel, CFC free & Ozone friendly (Pentane Based) PUF Septic Tank: FRP Septic tank with 50mm thick PUF Insulation complete with lid and wheels. FRP Sheet Covering: FRP Sheet covering on 3 sides of the waste chamber with one side openable gate. Steel Structure: Prefabricated MS Steel Structure consist of main vertical coumns, rafters, purlins and floor frame. All the components shall be made of with RHS 80x40x3.5mm. All the components will be welded with suitable size of MS plates which connects the components through nuts and bolts. The complete structure will be duly fabricated and painted with two coats of red oxide zinc chromate primer. Sanitary hems Internal Sanitary items like Ecosan Toilet Seats with complete fittings for two seater toilet block. Flashings & Accessories: PPGI Flashings like top/bottom channels, inner comers, outer corners, nuts & bolts with silicon sealant etc. Providing and installation of 18 watt tube light 4 ft long of approved brand direction of Engineer-in-charge Providing and installation of 300 mm Exhaust fan of approved brand direction of Engineer-in-charge Total Quantity :
