Tender For Road Safety Work In Deoria, 1 Tack Coat on Bituminous Work Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 2 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per centby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. 3 Providing and layingbituminous concrete with 120TPH batch type hot mix plantproducing an avarage output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and aligmnment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 509 complete in all respects. 4 Pavement markings with hot applied Thermoplastic Material complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification clause 803 and IRC - 35 5 Supply & fixing of pavement maker (Cat eye) type X-ASTMD-4956-04avery Dennison/3-M (USA make) consisting of ASA Plastic housing fitted with tightly adherent plotting compound The housaing shall contain prismatic tow glass covered prismatic reflective face to reflect incident light I/C all tax 6 Supplyand installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, onject marker) 80-100 cm. High above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm. Wide strips, fitted with 80x100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panel at 7 60 cm equilator trangle with difinition Plate 8 REPEATED BAR (Thermoplastic bar macking is a softer treatment to reduce the speed.
