Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - Consultancy and survey for infrastructure development plan at DGNCC Camp at Delhi Cantt Consultancy and survey for infrastructure development plan at DGNCC Camp Delhi 1 Consultancy with Preparation and submission of detailed following survey plans/drawings for infrastructure development plan with DPR for DGNCC CAMP at Delhi Cantt including the following Scope of work- GIRLS AREA :- (a) Separate area for girls with boundry wall for Multi storeyed Integrated Living block with toilets, cook house, dinning hall, Drying area and activity area for 1300 Girls, 100 GCI, 100 Lady ANOs with centralized hot/ cold air conditioners to be provided for living area and dining hall. (Lift/ escalators to be planned) BOYS AREA:- (b) Living, toilets, cook house, dinning hall, activity area, Drying area, 1600 boys cadets 30 Nos Officers and 250 Others persons with centralized hot/ cold air conditioners to be provided for living area and dining hall (Lift/ escalators to be planned) ADMINISTRATION AREA :- (c) Office/administrative block Building for 100 Officers and 170 Other personnels, parking space for 130 Cars and 150 two wheeler. (Lift/ escalators to be planned) CENTRAL AMENITIES AREA & OTHERS FACILITIES (d) Amenities/ facilities Auditorium cafeteria, Motivation Hall, Drill Square, MT area, Sports grounds, Officers Mess, Gurad Rooms, Horse stables, store room etc as per requirement OPEN & OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES & FACILITIES AREA (e) Separate open practice areas available to cadets for practice of drill, cultural events, outdoor training classes etc (1) Survey for land buildings, utility services, usages, existing trees, roads and pathways or other site features etc (existing Infrastructure plan, proposed new Infrastructure plan, terrain & topography etc) (a) Old permanent building considered in New plan (b) Old temporary building demolised as required for New plan (c) Lift/escalators to be planned (ii) Populantion density zoning Complete zoning with buildings (as per applicable bye laws and development controls) with View justifications (Roads Boundry, Gates, Pathways parking activity area, emergency (iv) vehicle access etc) (in) Landscaping and arboriculture plan Traffic routes and volume (Pedestrian and Vehicular movement) (we) Security (vii) Plan for Services (a) Separate power / water supply for the building and backup power/ water sump (b) Sewage disposal with sewage treatment plant (c) HT and LT electric lines eto (d) Renewable energy resources planned at Top of New Building (e) Drainage system and rain water harvesting (viii (d) External electric lights, security light etc ) Proposed elevation drawing and rough floor plans of proposed building (ix) Phases with recommandation of demolition of existing infrastructure to built new building & infrastructure should follow a logic sequence/ priority in phases and the execution of proposal should incorporate phases in a manner that does not cause major distrubance during currency of Camp activity (1) Submission of a complete set (in 05 Sets) of DPR reports and All survey plans/drawings 01 set on reproducible film duly signed and CD (in 02 Nos) along with all calculations, philosophy, assumptions including reference etc. (2) The consultant shall carry out modifications/clarifications/reviews, if required by the department during currency of the survey work for infrastructure development plan as required for site visit and detials of required plinth area as per department Norms etc (3) Appx Land Ares 50.00 Acre Total Quantity :
