Raw Material in BDL scope. Raw material will be issued against submission of IB for the value of Rs. 23,00,000/- Components should be manufacture as per process sheets and drawings Raw Material will be issued by BDL at free of cost and have to be collected from BDL stores 1. FOR ITEM NO:01 (98861009-V1 ROTOR BODY) RM code: 90022236028011 STEEL 25KH17N2B ROD 28MM HRA consumption per 100/Nos: 12.3Kg. 2. FOR ITEM NO:02(98861015-V1 INNER FRAME) Raw Material consumption for 98861.015 Inner Frame (RM code 90022236045010 Desc: 25Kh17N2B Dia 45mm) consumption for 100nos in Kg=43.9 Attch with 2 sets of invoice with raw material consumption statements two copies to be submitted with each batch of supply to Invar-Imm Packing should be done with oil paper/butter paper All Heat treatment Electroplating and tinning operations in vendor scope. All supplies are to be submitted to BDL with Inspection reports consisting: 1) Dimensional inspection (100% for functional dimension) 2) Test reports 3) Heat treatment report 4) Electro plating reports if applicable Each component should supply in indvidual box ensuring protection and avoid mechanical damages during transportation and storage. BOL or its representatives reserves right to inspect at any stage Delivery terms: First batch of supplies 600sets commencing from 3rd month of issue of raw material and there after from the date 600sets per month Subjected to issue of Raw material Quantity Per Set FOR ITEM NO:01 is 2 AND ITEM 02 is 1 Partial supplies are acceptable. NDA & IP HAS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH TENDOR BIDS. Packing should be done with oil paper/butter paper each componentshould supply in individual box for ensuring protection should avoid Mechanical damages during transportatin and storage BDL or its representatives reserves right to inspect at any stage LD CLAUSE: In the event the supplier fails to deliver the goods/service, within the stipulated delivery period, BDL reserves the right to recover from the supplier, LD and not by way of penalty an amount as detailed in terms and conditions. A sum of 0.5% of the price only of the stores (Including duties, taxes) which the supplier has failed to deliver as aforesaid for each week of delay or part thereof, subject to a maximum of 10% EMS: As BOL is EMS 140001:2015 certified organization, It is requested you as partner of BDL to maintain EMS standards like proper scrap disposal, maintenance of pollution Control Board Norms and conservation of resources to protect environment. Option Clause: The Purchaser reserve the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 50 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the order quantity by up to 50% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. Bidders are bound to accept the orders accordingly. TAX DETAILS: GST as applicable. BDL Resers its right to release GST only after suppliers invoice/debt note is reflected in GSTR-28/2A within the specified time limit mentioned in GST law. Payment Terms: Payments shall be made within 30 days of issue of consignee receipt-cum- acceptance certificate (CRAC) and on-line submission of bills (This is in supersession of 10 davs time as provided in clause 12 of GeM GTC) Dispatch: Free delivery at BDL Bhanur stores, Telangana. VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: The quoted prices will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of submission of bid and prices are firm and not subject to alternation/ variation on any account. Purchase Preference clause: Provisions as per Make in India order 2017 will be applicable for the vendors/service providers. Manufacturing of Components: Should be as per the drawing provided by BDL. Finished Components: Should be delivered to BDL stores in proper packing condition (wrap in Oil Paper and pack in suitable container) to prevent from moisture, rusting, damage etc during transits and storage. All Packing boxes to be marked with Material Code, Drawing. No, Description, Type of Materials and Date of Manufacturing. Approved sources are eligible to quote/participate against enquiry remaining bids other than approval source will not be considered by TEC. Approved Sources for this item are eligible to quote/participate against enquiry. It is mandatory to upload approved source certificate issued by BDL for this item, Remaining bids other than approved sources will be disqualified. BDL reserves the right to go for GeM-reverse auction process Penalty Clause: The successful bidder will be debarred/blacklisted for the future tenders for a period as decided by BDL, if the bidder deviates from the agreed terms & conditions after the award of Purchase Order/Work Order/ Service Order apart from forfeiture of your EMD Non-Disclosure of information given by BDL: Except with the written consent of the BDL, the seller shall not make use of any information supplied by the BDL for purpose of the seller. Any specifications or other details are for the purpose of manufacturing the articles and the Seller shall not use any such information to make any similar articles or part thereof for any other purpose SPLIT ORDER RATIO: 60:40 AS91000 STANDARD TERMS: 1. The supplier shall not supply the non-confirming product/counter fit against specification. 2. Supplier has to inform BDL in case of change in manufacturing process or input material or manufacturing facility. 3. Unless otherwise specified, supplier cannot outsource the items (order). 4. Supplier shall maintain the BDL product & production records up to 3 years. 5. In case of non-conformity product, party has to inform BDL for further disposition action (l.e., re-work, rejections etc.) 6. Where ever applicable drawing issue no.
