FOR ITEM NO:02(98861015-V1 INNER FRAME) Raw Material consumption for 98861.015 Inner Frame (RM code 90022236045010 Desc: 25Kh17N2B Dia 45mm) consumption for 100nos in Kg=43.9 Attch with 2 sets of invoice with raw material consumption statements two copies to be submitted with each batch of supply to Invar-Imm Packing should be done with oil paper/butter paper All Heat treatment Electroplating and tinning operations in vendor scope. All supplies are to be submitted to BDL with Inspection reports consisting: 1) Dimensional inspection (100% for functional dimension) 2) Test reports 3) Heat treatment report 4) Electro plating reports if applicable Each component should supply in indvidual box ensuring protection and avoid mechanical damages during transportation and storage. BOL or its representatives reserves right to inspect at any stage Delivery terms: First batch of supplies 600sets commencing from 3rd month of issue of raw material and there after from the date 600sets per month Subjected to issue of Raw material Quantity Per Set FOR ITEM NO:01 is 2 AND ITEM 02 is 1 Partial supplies are acceptable. Packing should be done with oil paper/butter paper each componentshould supply in individual box for ensuring protection should avoid Mechanical damages during transportatin and storage BDL or its representatives reserves right to inspect at any stage LD CLAUSE: In the event the supplier fails to deliver the goods/service, within the stipulated delivery period, BDL reserves the right to recover from the supplier, LD and not by way of penalty an amount as detailed in terms and conditions. A sum of 0.5% of the price only of the stores (Including duties, taxes) which the supplier has failed to deliver as aforesaid for each week of delay or part thereof, subject to a maximum of 10% EMS: As BOL is EMS 140001:2015 certified organization, It is requested you as partner of BDL to maintain EMS standards like proper scrap disposal, maintenance of pollution Control Board Norms and conservation of resources to protect environment. Option Clause: The Purchaser reserve the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 50 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the order quantity by up to 50% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. Approved sources are eligible to quote/participate against enquiry remaining bids other than approval source will not be considered by TEC. Approved Sources for this item are eligible to quote/participate against enquiry. It is mandatory to upload approved source certificate issued by BDL for this item, Remaining bids other than approved sources will be disqualified. BDL reserves the right to go for GeM-reverse auction process Penalty Clause: The successful bidder will be debarred/blacklisted for the future tenders for a period as decided by BDL, if the bidder deviates from the agreed terms & conditions after the award of Purchase Order/Work Order/ Service Order apart from forfeiture of your EMD Non-Disclosure of information given by BDL: Except with the written consent of the BDL, the seller shall not make use of any information supplied by the BDL for purpose of the seller. Supplier shall maintain the BDL product & production records up to 3 years. 5.
