Removal, loading, transportation of granulated slag and dry pit slag to specified yard, heaping of received slag to make way for incoming slag, cleaning of spillage slag. 2. The lead between loading and unloading point for granulated slag shall be approx. 22 Kms at (both ways). 3. The lead between loading and unloading point for mixer materials and skull shifting shall be approx. 10 Kms at (both ways). 4. You shall ensure that generation point slag heap is always kept at minimum height and should not touch the generation hood. 5. The carryover granulated slag generated from ponds has to be shifted to dumping yard. Due to unavoidable circumstances sometimes metal will be dumped in to the dry pits. During the time material shall be unloaded at specified yard as per instructions of user dept. 6. Handling of equipment’s such as chain mounted pay loaders, dumpers, excavators, all tools and tackles, labors and supervision etc., shall be in your scope. This security will be forfeited in the event of severe non-compliance or contract termination due to poor performance. 15. Safety Performance Incentives: The Vendor shall be eligible for a bonus of INR 50,000 per quarter for exceeding safety and operational standards, provided there are no penalties or incidents for a continuous period. 16. Timely Completion of Work: The Vendor shall ensure the timely completion of all tasks, including slag shifting, dry pit cleaning, and sump cleaning, within the stipulated timeframes. 17. Equipment Downtime: The Vendor shall ensure that all critical equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders) is operational.
