Tender For Supply Of Laboratory Equipments => Limited; 01 Apparatus For Thermal Conductivity Of Insulating Powder Technical Specifications:  Two thin walled concentric copper spheres of different diameter i.e. Inner Sphere : Material Copper, Dia. - 100 mm. Outer Sphere : Material Copper, Dia. - 200 mm should be provided. Nichrome Wire heater should be houses in inner sphere and heat should be flow radially outwards.  Ten Temperature Sensors : RTD PT-100 type should be provided to measure temperature.  Control panel should comprising of Digital Temperature Controller i.e. PID Controller, 0-199.9°C, Digital Type Energy meter for power measurement and Digital Temperature Indicator : 0-199.9°C, with multi-channel switch, With standard make On/Off switch, Mains Indicator etc.  The whole set-up is well designed and arranged on a rigid structure painted with industrial PU Paint. Equipment should be capable of performing following experiment :  Determination of thermal conductivity of insulating powder.  Comparison of thermal Conductivity of insulating powder at different temperatures.  Operating/instruction manual consisting of experimental procedure, block diagram etc. and sample calculations should to be provided along with the tender documents. Equipments has to be demonstrated at college site, results should be repeatable within ±5% of the sample calculations provided.  Warranty minimum 18 months. 01 2 Plate Type Heat Exchanger Technical Specifications:  Water to water, Plate type heat exchanger having Area: 0.1 - 0.2 m2 should be made stainless steel 304 Grade and Frame should be MS.  Cold and hot Water Flow rate should be measured by 01 Rotameters.  Hot Water Circulation by Magnetic Pump made of polypropylene (capable of working up to 85⁰C) from hot Water Tank made of Stainless Steel 304 Grade, 1.2 mm thick, insulated with ceramic wool and fitted with Nichrome wire heater digitally controlled by closed loop PID controller 0- 199.9°C.  Temperature measurement should be done by Temperature Sensors of RTD PT-100 type with Digital Temperature Indicator (0-199.9 °C).  The whole set-up should be well designed and arranged on a rigid structure painted with industrial PU Paint. Equipment should be capable of performing following experiment :  To calculate the LMTD.  To find Heat transfer rate  To find out overall heat transfer co-efficient.  Operating/instruction manual consisting of experimental procedure, block diagram etc. and sample calculations should to be provided along with the tender documents. Equipments has to be demonstrated at college site, results should be repeatable within ±5% of the sample calculations provided.  Warranty minimum 18 months. 03 Unsteady State Heat Transfer Technical Specifications:  A water bath of stainless steel 304 Grade should have capacity of 8 liters and fitted with stirrer having stainless Steel Impeller with shaft coupled to a FHP motor.  Nichrome wire type heater should be fitted in water bath and temperature of heater should be controlled by closed loop PID controller 0-199.9°C.  Test Cylinders of different material should be provided.  Temperature measurement should be done by Temperature Sensors of RTD PT-100 type with Digital Temperature Indicator (0-199.9 °C).  The whole set-up should be well designed and arranged on a rigid structure painted with industrial PU Paint. Equipment should be capable of performing following experiment :  To calculate the Biot number and Fourier number.  Operating/instruction manual consisting of experimental procedure, block diagram etc. and sample calculations should to be provided along with the tender documents. 01 Equipments has to be demonstrated at college site, results should be repeatable within ±5% of the sample calculations provided.  Warranty minimum 18 months. Note:  Bidder should be ready for the technical presentation at costumer site  All the items must be quoted otherwise bid will be rejected.  Photographs, working drawings, Operating/instruction manual and sample calculations are to be provided along with the tender documents.  Equipments has to be demonstrated at college site, results should be repeatable within ±2% of the sample calculations provided.  All the water tank should be of SS 304 Grade with minimum 1.2 mm thickness.  Equipment should be upgradable for Data Logging Facility in future.  Reference Order of same equipments, performance reports from the IITs, NITs, Govt. Institutions  In house facility of CNC Machine with manufacturer.  Licensed CAD & CAM Software like Solid work CATIA, PROE, NX, simulation Software like Ansys etc (Proof of the same should be attached along with the Tender Document).  The Bidder should provide the satisfactory training to our technical staff after installation/commissioning.  ISO 45001: 2015 , IS0 14001: 2015, IS0 14001: 2015 Certificate should be attached along with the Tender Document.  Calibration Reports, Catalogues of pumps, motors, ,Indicators etc to be provided as a Technical document along with specification of each and every equipment to be provided as a part of Technical Bid.
