SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF OLD TWO POLE/FOUR POLE STRUCTURE INTO RMU (RING MAIN UNIT) AND OTHER ALLIED ELECTRICAL CONNECTED WORKS (POCKET 1) AT LICHUBARI AND ROWRIAH IN JORHAT MIL STN UNDER GE JORHAT. ; 1 Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz, totally enclosed metal clad SF6 switchgear having rupturing capacity upto 630 Amps, Outdoor Non-Extensible Fixed Type (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit)5 Way comprising of 03 Nos 630 Amps, manually operated Load Break Switch & 02 Nos. manual charging fixed-type Vacuum Circuit Breaker, inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank having min. thickness 2.5 mm with IP 67 Degree of Protection and enhanced BIL of 75kVp internally to manage voltage surges. RMU should be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing busbars of electrolytic grade copper, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for Internal arc test of AFL 21kA/1 sec for tank as per IEC62271-200.RMU shall have on-site-repairability features such as site replacable bushing/ coupling/ mechanism and gas refilling at site. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for soilid earthing of Cable sheilds. The outer hinged main door should cover entire front of switchgear including cable doors for providing fail-safe protection. soft/loose soil completer all as specified and directed. 17 Removing excavated material(soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed 18 M & L of Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 , flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm and flat across the axis of cable,complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable in trencheswith clean dry river sand for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.( punned thickness will be measured). 20 Material and labour in replacement of earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanised mild steel strip 32 x6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protectionincluding all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pitin PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm),with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion. Note : Earth result after installation completely should be less than 3 ohm. 21 Supply and fixin repair mild steel galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm with epoxy insulators and fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductors to test point terminal including taking down old strip all as directed by Engr-in-charge. 22 Taking down old u/s two pole four pole structure and connected items complete removing at site and deposited at mes stores all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
