Uc No. 230002003, Make: M/S Hyt Engineering Co [P], Pune Vide S.1539 No.738110 Dt 03/07/24. Custodian: Sse/Dsl/Goc. Approximate Total Weight Is 25.100 Mts. Refer Enclosure For Quantity Break Up. Note: 1. As Is Where Is And Lot Basis. 2. Dismantling/Cutting Is Permitted For Loadable Sizes. 3. Purchaser Should Arrange Three Pipe Gas Cutting Torch With Jointless Safety Hoses Attached With Back Arrest And Adviced To Follow All The Safety Aspects As Per Rule In Force. 4. Crane/Fork Lift Loading Is Permitted. 5. In Case Purchaser Requires Usage Of Any Railway Assets/Materials Such As Electricity/Forklift Truck Etc. During The Process Of Delivery, They Are Required To Pay The Prescribed Amount To Railways As Directed By The Custodian Of The Lot. 6. The Purchaser May Visit The Wheel Lathe Machine Offered For Condemnation And Check The Site Conditions Before Quoting The Offer. 7. Purchaser Has To Make His Own Arrangements Such As Tools, Lifting Tackles, Lifting Equipment, Gas Cutting Equipment And Necessary Trained Men. 8. The Weight And Quantities Were Taken Into Consideration As Advised By The Custodian. 9. The Purchaser Will Be Held Responsible For Any Damage/Fire Accident Caused To The Railway Property. 10. Railway Is Not Responsible For Any Shortage. 11. After Completion Of Delivery Purchaser Has To Keep The Cutting And Loading Spot Neat And Clean. 12. Railways Does Not Guarantee For Quality, Quantity Description Etc. 13. After Handing Over The Machine For Cutting Purpose Purchaser Should Ensure Safety And Security Of The Cut Machine Material Till Delivery Is Completed.
