All electrically operated machines shall be inspected and certified by AMNSI electrical engineer. b. All hand tools shall be inspected and certified as needed. c. All lifting tools and tackles shall be inspected at define frequency and certified by third party competent person and keep record in form-10. 7. Incident Reporting: a. Immediate incident reporting within 30 minutes of occurrence is mandatory. b. A Root Cause Analysis (RCA) must be completed within 48 hours of any incident, with findings and corrective actions reported to AM/NS India. 8. Mandatory Safety Audits: a. Conduct quarterly safety audits to ensure compliance with safety requirements, focusing on the proper implementation of job method statement requirements. b. Audit reports should be submitted to AM/NS India, with corrective actions implemented promptly. 9. PPE Requirements: a. All personnel involved in tarpaulin covering must wear; a. FRP Safety Helmet: (as per AM/NS India guidelines) b. Nitrile shole Safety shoes c. Hand gloves d. Safety jacket (As per AMNS India standards) e. Dust mask f. Safety goggles g. Hand gloves. h.
