Tender For Periodical Service To Certain Building Of Zone A Area At Mil Stn Gaya ; 1 M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of distempering with acrylic distemper as per manufacturer instruction white or tinted complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distempering with acrylic distemper as per manufacturer instruction white or tinted complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of distempering with acrylic distemperas per manufacturer instruction white or tinted complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wooden,brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster ofany description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. 6 M&L for applying a coat of water proof cement base paint on existing old treatedsurfaces of walls after preparation surfaces complete as per manufacturer instruction all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for 1.00 mm thick of Birlawhite putty/JK white wall care putty on walls surfaces including removal of existing treatment and making the surface uniform & smooth. 8 M&Lone coat of exterior weather proof paint white or tinted on walls, fascia of roof or chajjas, col facia at any height onold painted surfaces of brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plastered or unplastered surfaces of bldg all as specified & directed. Make : Asian Paints (Apex dust proof) or equivalent paint.
