Corners of plywood fixed on charpoy should be rounded off properly complete all as specified. Make of ply : National / KIT / ARCHID Ply / Century / Green. (Ref Drg No. FD-220)Note: Middle support rail made of flat iron 38-50mm breadth and 4-5mm thick should be welding on both side of long railof chaorpoy GI pipe. 2 Removal of unserviceablelong rail from existing frame of charpoy of GI pipe and supply and fixing new long rail made out of GI pipe 32mm nominal bore medium grade ISI marked confirmiing to IS 1239 both ends threaded complete all as specified and shown on drg. (Ref Drg No. FD-220) Make of GI pipe: Jindal / Prakash / Surya / TATA 3 Removal of unserviceable short rail from existing frame of charpoy GI pipe and fixing of short rail made from old long rail retrieved from charpoy GI pipe against Ser item No. 2.00 here-in-before after cutting threading of both ends to the required size complete all as specified and shown on drawing.(Ref Drg No. FD-220) 4 Removal of unserviceable leg from existing frame of charpoy GI pipe and fixing leg made from unserviceable long rail / Short rail retrieved from charpoy GI pipe as per item No. 3 here-in-before including cutting threading complete all as specified. (Ref Drg No. FD-220) 5 Removal of unserviceable elbow three way 32mm bore from existing frame of Charpoy GI pipe andsupply and fixing new elbow GI three way 32mm bore medium grade confirmiing to IS 1239 all specified and shown on drawing. (Ref Drg No. FD-220) 6 Removal of unserviceable check nut from existing frame of charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing new check nutISI marked confirmiing to IS 1239 suitable for GI 32mm bore medium grade as approved all specified and shown on drawing. (Ref Drg No. FD-220) 7 Tightening of charpoy GI frame complete all as per drawing. 8 M & L for Welding 25-50mm long each to broken welding joints of GI charpoy all as per drawing
