Note:- rectification of fault should be done on same working day 20 Material & labour for cleaning of solar panels toughned glass with detergent and after that with collin solution and make the glass completely clean including repairing of minor leakages complete. Note : (a) Cleaning of all blocks solar panel glasses should be done once in a month for entire 40 systems which is installed at sekhon vihar towers is consider as one job.(b) Labour /Cleaning material rates for the same shall be included in rate quotedby the contractor 21 Cleaning of 1000 ltr capacity PVC solar water tanks forwith bleaching powder/non toxic solution throughly including removal of sand , clay silt, or any other material from inside the tank and making date of cleaning on tankcomplete all as directed. 22 Supply and fixing in replacement hose pipe clamps as per existing size up to 32 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed. 23 Supply & Fixing of Nut, M6 (Stainless steel) complete all as specified and directed. 24 Supply & Fixing of Bolt, M6 x 25, water from pipeline including insertion of pipe length upto 01 RM complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 30 M&L for rectification of leakage from GI 25 mm size bore pipe line by cutting and removing old lengh of pipe, Supply & fixingnew galvanised iron pipe 25 mm bore medium grade pipe for stopping the leakage by making welding/replacemnt of necessary fittings of the same after drain out water from pipeline including insertion of pipe length upto 01 RM complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 31 M&L for rectification of leakage from GI 32/40 mm leakage by making welding/replacemnt of necessary fittings of the same after drain out water from pipeline including insertion of pipe length upto 01 RM complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 34 M&L for descaling the heat collector panel (capacity 100 Ltr each) by descaling pump using commercial grade acid mixed with water in the ratio of 1:10 (acid : water) after opening / dismantling the heat collector panel from each other and re-fixing the same after complete cleaning including providing new nuts & bolts, gasket packing, worn out brass flange including brazing work , all other required hidden work for complete descaling 35 Supply and fixing in replacement of old flat plate solar collectors toughned GLASS as per matching existing type, including all fixing accessories complete. 36 Supply and fixing in replacement of old flat plate solar collectors frame BOX, including all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed by Since GI pipes, gate valves, solar tanks, collector panels and its connected items are located on the roofs and shaft of buildings of G+10 floors so cost of loading lifting has to bear by contractor and no extra payment shal be done this account. 2. while repairing / replacing gi pipes, gate valves and its connected items in the shaft contractor shall provide safety harness to the labour and its cost is deemed to be fit in qouted rates. 3. Any damages done while loading/lifting, mounting/dismounting of various items from/to the roof shall be bear by contractor only. 74 Notes:- (a)The amount of Rs143105/-against Schedule of Credit on Page No.114 to 115 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch Awhile deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.(b) The contractor shall provide and deploy sufficient mechanic with helpers (as approved by GE / Engr-in-charge) for maintenance of summer appliancesand contractors site supevisor/site engineer shall report at 0900 hrs daily excluding Sunday & holiday to collect the complaints & complete the same complaint detailed by JE E/M /Engineer-in-charge with in 12/24 hrs.(c)The complaints shall be rectified with in 12 hrs. (except repair/ replacement of major items like repair/ replacement ofgeyser geyser inner tankrepair work. These work can be completed within 48 Hrs), If the complaints is/are not done within the time frame as specified above the panelty of Rs 100.00 per complaint per day shall be charge from the contractor.(d)The decision of GE on recovery against penalty shall be final and binding and No representation whatsoever shall be entertained.(e) The Mechanics for repair of summer appliances can be called during non-working days/hrs (i.e. Sunday, Holidays & after working hrs) for any vital complaint at AF Station PALAM.(f) The contractor has to produce job card duly signed by user & JE E/M to Engineer-in-charge.(g) Any material required to be replaced for complaint rectification other than specifiedshall be measured and paid seperately under respective supply only items.(h) The contractor shall provide all the stationery required at complaint cell at Sekhon Viharcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (j) supply only items shall be available in store and shall be issued as per the requirement . (k ) Any minor spares like screw,washer,insulation tape, nuts, bolts, fastners, gitti etc shall provided by the contractor at own cost. (l)Old Unserviceablegeysersshall be deposited in MES store.
