Inviting Rates For Items Not Included In State Schedule Rate - Providingand installing 50 mm thick polyurethane Foam ( PUF ) prefabricated sandwiched panel systems made PVDF coated Galvalume steel coilISI make to be fixed over purlin of Ms structure complete item ( Self taping screws, Sealant, Screws and washers, Scaffolding for Installation for Height upto 16 meters, Lifting by Means of Crane or Boomers for installation ) 3 Providing and Fixing Aluminum Composite Panel of 4 mm thick FR Grade ( Fire Resistant) having 100% virgin Low Density Polyethylene layer sandwiched between to aluminum sheets of ALLOY grade 5000 series each sheetot less than 0.5 mm and complete finished color sheet not less than 4 mm. The supporting framework shall be made out of 50mm X25mmX3mm thick Aluminium section to be spaced horizontally and vertically for fixing of panel of size 900mm X1200 mm and fixed to the MS structure as per design through 50mm X 50mm X 5mm MS angle clamps prefixed to Ms Structure and MS columns with Hilti make anchor fastener screws.The fixing of Aluminum Composite sheet in panel at desired height upto 12 meters by using scaffoldings and safety belts Fixing of panels over Aluminum section is to be done with the help of VHB tapes and screws and all the sealing of joints to be done with weather sealent Silicon as per approved drawing and design. 4 Providing and Fixing Laser Cut AntiqueAluminum Composite Panel of 4 mm thick FR Grade ( Fire Resistant) having 100% virgin Low Density Polyethylene layer sandwiched between to aluminum sheets of ALLOY grade 5000 series each sheetot less than 0.5 mm and complete finished color sheet not less than 4 mm.
